I like to drink coffee all day. Boyers Mountain Roast Decaf Whole Beans allow me to indulge without over doing caffeine intake. For over two years I've purchased a bag every three weeks and although the bag does not show a roasting date, the beans appear to be recently roasted. This time of year, winter I prefer a dark roast. From time to time I purchase Caribou Blend Decaf which is a medium roast, similarly priced per ounce to change things up. However 90% of the time Boyers is my go to coffee.

This is the 3rd time I've bought The Boyer Kona Blend Whole Bean Coffee and I've been very pleased every time. We love the smooth taste and lack of after taste of this coffee and having it as whole beans I can grind them just before making a pot. The only thing better would be 100% Kona coffee but that is much too expensive.

Boyer's Rocky Mtn Thunder is a very good dark roast coffee that we have been enjoying for several years now. It is one of a select few coffees that we keep in supply. Others include Boyer's French Roast, Peet's Major Dickason's Blend Dark Roast, Seattle's Best 6th Ave Bistro, & also their Portside Blend. Always Whole Bean.

I have the Espresso whole bean coffee and I thought it would be much stronger. It makes a very dark cup of coffee but it is not robust. It is very smooth which is nice for an espresso blend. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a mild taste. Also, it is not bitter at all

I visited a friend in CO in May of 2020 who introduced me to Boyer's! We absolutely love the Rocky Mountain Thunder for it's bold strong flavor. We always order the whole bean and grind it fresh for every cup - Amazing! Initially my friend was pushing the coffee from her local Sam's and shipping it to me in GA until I was actually able to order it directly from Sam's shipped to me. I always order 4 bags or more at a time. The other flavors are good, but we like really dark strong and not bitter coffee - Rocky Mountain Thunder hits all the marks!

Bought Boyers Coffee when I could no longer get Peet’s. What a great tasting coffee. I tried both the Expresso and the Rocky Mountain Thunder. Both are full body tasting coffee. Thanks for dropping Peet’s as this is 10 times better. Easy ordering and it is delivered to my door. Thanks

Love this coffee! It's the only brands of coffee beans that's light roast, so I'm able to brew it to whatever strength I want. Unfortunately the Boyer's factory burned down so their product is no longer available on the shelf. It appears on the website that they're selling out whatever they have left of the product online only. I consider myself fortunate to have found it at all.

Excellent tasting, wonderfully aromatic beans. This is hands down the best whole bean, dark roast coffee I have ever had. It outshines better known brands in every way. Each cup has a rich taste, great crema and smooth flavor. Highly recommended for all dark roast lovers.

Boyer's Coffee Rocky Mountain Thunder Dark Roast Whole Bean, is a great roast

The colorado cafe is not my or my husband's favorite. It lacks depth of flavor for us, maybe on the light end for a medium roast. Seems a bit too acidic, imo. The beans are not too oily and the color is even. No off burnt flavors, but no richness either. I'm not excited to drink it in the morning so it's a no. We prefer the whole bean Peet's or Tim Horton's from sams instead.
