Love this coffee! Strong flavor and is perfect for cold brew. I grind my beans and let them sit in water in the fridge for 12 hours. This coffee was delicious and to bitter. Had a good bold flavor. I usually get sams club beans but this is definitely one that will be added to my list when I don't want sweet. I love that it is local!

I purchased the Kona blend for two uses - 1 to grind coarsely and use in a french press and 2 to grind more finely and use in a capresso espresso machine. In both cases it tastes outstanding. The coffee tastes very fresh almost to the point you’d think it could be from a local micro roaster. It was my first time buying Boyers. We typically buy lavazza or kimbo pre ground and vacuum sealed espresso, but we wanted some whole bean for fresh grind while we had guests in town and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really nice coffee. Has a great Smokey flavor that you smell as soon as you grind it. I can’t wait to have another cup tomorrow!!! I would also be interested to see if they sell this in a single serve cup.

Now that my cold brew has brewed… the coffee beans and when ground, smell absolutely delish! Made me want a glass at 10pm while hand grinding. Quite aromatic. Definitely a light roast. Taste great alone/black. If you like to add cream and or flavor, but still want to taste the coffee, would go with a heavier roast; extras caused a loss in coffee flavor. But part of the fun in experimenting. Loved this coffee and will definitely be buying more (after buying an automatic grinder).

The coffee was lovely and smelled amazing. I love grinding up our own beans as it makes it more of an experience. I only gave 4 stars since it wasn’t really anything extra special. The taste was smooth and fine but there other options that are cheaper and taste just as good if not a little better.

I'm not a huge fan of whole bean coffee as it requires a specific coffee machine for optimal results. I enjoyed the bold flavor and aroma of these coffee beans. They made it worth the additional steps required.

Rocky Mountain roast, decaf, whole bean coffee has a great surprisingly smooth flavor. It is a dark roast coffee. Locally sourced. Support local, farmers. Also supports farming communities worldwide .

The beans smelled nice and fresh through the bag. The aroma was even stronger when opening and grinding the beans. I am usually a Starbucks Pike Place drinker, but this was a nice change. It was subtle in flavor and not bitter.

This coffee is bold and dark which is the way I like it, but it does have a bitter background. I brew it the same way that I brew my favorite coffee with filtered water and the same temperature which tells me the bitterness comes from over roasting the bean.

I have the Espresso whole bean coffee and I thought it would be much stronger. It makes a very dark cup of coffee but it is not robust. It is very smooth which is nice for an espresso blend. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a mild taste. Also, it is not bitter at all
