The colorado cafe is not my or my husband's favorite. It lacks depth of flavor for us, maybe on the light end for a medium roast. Seems a bit too acidic, imo. The beans are not too oily and the color is even. No off burnt flavors, but no richness either. I'm not excited to drink it in the morning so it's a no. We prefer the whole bean Peet's or Tim Horton's from sams instead.
