I received this about 5 days ago. The bracket on the chase storage area is broke, so it just hangs when you pick it up. The pull out bed does not want to go back in and is not straight. The couch is as hard as a rock and so uncomfortable.

This couch is great! It has a nice high back with good support. It is firm but comfy. The pullout slides out super easily and is definitely more comfortable than your regular sofa bed. It is also nice that it fits into the couch to create one huge bed!

This comfortably seats my whole family with ample sleeping space on the cozy pullout bed! The fabric is luxurious while being strong enough to handle jumping kids! I love the huge storage compartment, which holds blankets, pillows, board games and more. The sectional is roomy with ample space for sitting or lying down but it not monstrous in size. Just right!

I loveeee the size of this couch. The width and openness is what I'm looking for in a couch. It's comfortable too! I'd probably purchase it in a different color though. I'm not a huge fan of the gray, but then again, I'm not a homeowner so I'm not sure what I'd want.

This is really comfortable. It's fairly firm (which I prefer) but still soft enough to be very comfortable. You're not going to just sink into this one because it's too soft. The pull out bed is very easy to use, spacious, and won't leave you cramped. It's long enough for very tall people and wide enough to roll around and not fall off. Overall a great product.

This couch is amazing. I bought it for my Airbnb. It’s perfect. We wanted to buy one for our house and now it’s unavailable. Please bring them back!

First off I love how this couch is stain resistant!! The pull out feature pretty much doubles the size of laying space! I totally need this for movie nights with my friends and family!!

I like the options for storage and the fact it has a pull out bed. The sectional is overall comfortable and stylish. The material of the couch is soft and the options of colors make it a great fit for many different people.

I love the sturdy material of this couch! The pullout bed is so convenient and comfy. I think the stain resistant fabric would be so helpful. This is a great sectional with so many effective features.

SO SPACIOUS! This couch is the perfect additional to any home. It's also very comfy! I love the chaise feature. The material feels great & the deep cushions are impressive. Wow!
