We bought this few weeks ago and love this sofa! My kids love the fact that they can jump on it and my husband loves that it has a pull out sofa that is big enough for him to sleep in( he is around 6 feet tall). Very happy with the service and the men who came to set it up for us. We like the fact that the cushions are sturdy and you do not sink in when sitting down.

This sectional has been one of the best furniture purchases that my husband and I have made! It looks fantastic and is so comfortable! It is firmer but I like that because it feels sturdy and like the cushions will hold their shape more. The color is so nice and the sectional looks and feels like it is really good quality! I highly recommend this sectional!

This sectional is NOT worth $2,500.00. It may be worth $900.00 to $1,200.00 at most. Sams Club advertise the "White Glove" delivery and charge over $100.00 for it which they "kindy" refund so you can "see the value". "White Glove" delivery dose not exist with Sams Club delivery, and they know it, this has been an ongoing issue. Delivery driver drove large 39,000 GVW commercial box on my residential paver brick driveway, cracking and gouging paver bricks when truck bottomed out. Called shipper, called Sams, called manufacturer, no one can help.

We waited over 3 weeks for delivery with a 12 hour window on the scheduled day. On that day, the delivery company called and said they couldn't make it for another two days. I was understandably upset. I had to take a day off work, and they wanted me to take another day off. The lady we talked to offered no help and went as far as lecturing me. She even hung up on me. I was left with no choice but to cancel the purchase. Sam's was happy to oblige. Customer service is a thing of the past and the customer is always wrong is in. The couch might be a good deal but what does it matter if you have to deal with goons to get it in your house.

The cushions are pretty firm making it feel somewhat stiff. I like that the fabric is a stain resistant material. The built in storage is a huge win!

It’s a classic styling, very firm but also comfortable, I needed a sofa bed for my kids when they’re home from college, but I don’t like sitting on a sleeper sofa. This thing does that and is still comfortable.

I wish I wouldn’t have bought this. It is very hard like sitting and laying on bricks and the arm rest are way to short. For the money you spent on this it should sit and lay a lot better and softer but it doesn’t Don’t buy it!!!!

I bought this during their black Friday sale. It looks very nice, but it is as hard as a rock. I thought it might soften up after some use, but it has not. Also the cushions on the seat portion do not remove which makes it difficult to clean.

Just got this , we can’t wait till football season to start so we can all enjoy it . I love that it is a firmer seating , because I hate saggy cushions . It looks sleek and modern. Exactly what we were looking for .
