This is a very nice air fryer but I had to return it. Out of all the boxes, my unit had a bad board! the fries touch space and the down touch space would not respond to touch. Then, my Hi-Fry indicator wouldn't light up! I deducted two stars for these issues. I had no problems returning the unit but didn't want to risk the same problem with a different box. I decided to upgrade to the Chefman with the window and I'm SO happy I did! It's wonderful! Everything works and you can turn the light on to check on your food. I'll write a review on that model but know this, it crisps and does a great job of cooking your meals quickly!

I was happy to see this option at the store after my previous air fryer died. I use an air fryer most days as I follow a specific diet for medical reasons and only cook a little at a time. Air frying adds flavor and is quick. The price was great and it’s easy to use. My other fryer had a dial knob so the digital controls are so much better. I was a little unsure as my previous air fryer had a basket that lifted out which I really liked but this fryer having just a lift out tray on the bottom hasn’t been a problem. The drawer is dishwasher safe but is also very easy to clean by hand. I’ve had the fryer for 2 weeks and have used it probably a dozen times already. The only negative thing I would mention is that the timer starts at 15 minutes so I have to click down most times to set for just a few minutes but really not an issue.

I was gifted the black Chefman 6qt AirFryer from my sister! I told her I wanted a square one since the one I currently have take up way too much space. Plus I wanted the feature of removing the basket without having to pause the unit. I couldn't have be more pleased with this gift! I love its sleek and modern design, how quiet it is when in use and the quality of my food! Couldn't be any happier

The heating element must be broken. I got this as a Christmas gift and just tried it for the first time. Set the temp to 360°, 15 minutes, shook at half time as it instructed me to do, and the food was still frozen all the way through and there was no heat inside the air fryer at all. Heating element was even still cold to the touch after the 15 minutes was up.

I always wanted an air fryer. I also had my doubts, even fears of losing my money. Today I can assure anyone that this product (brand: Chefman; model name: TurboFry® Touch; model number: RJ38-6T-BLACK) has been the best purchase I've ever made, and I can't even remember the last time I had a similar experience.

I am enjoying using my Chefman tremendously, however I noticed that already in the first month of use, I'm seeing that there's bits that are cracking away both on the inside and then on the outside edge? I can assure you that I never use any sort of metal on the unit. Everything is plastic and when I wash it, I wash it with a washcloth… So I am concerned of the integrity of the product.

It looks nice. It smells of plastic this first time cooking with it. I did a piece of bread for 3 minutes. I wish the drawer opened without pulling the whole machine forward on the counter. I have to hold the fryer still when I pull the drawer. It's okay, but I thought it would be sturdier snd not smell of plastic. Yes, I removed all the wrapping end the cardboard under the drawer.

This is the second Air Fryer I've owned but the fourth one I've used within the family. The forts one I bought was good and I enjoyed it for two years. Sadly it needed replacement twice and a new browning rack and basket three times. The wonderful differences I've noticed in the three times using Chefman are. Less time and less heat and the food is cooked and the level of browning is unreal. The browning rack and basket are so much easier to clean. Not such deep grooves on the rack and not indents in the basket bottom. The touchscreen front is quite efficient. I am enjoying the presets. The shake beep is there and continuous but not annoying. Not a huge fan of the temperature being in Celsius. I'll figure it out though. I'm guessing this is because it is the Canadian version. We do cooking temps in F not C. Besides that I am sold on Chefman. Time will tell of course. I use my air fryer probably 5-6 times a week. Let's see how this one lasts. I hope a long time.
