I'm having trouble figuring out how long to put a piece of food in the air fryer for. And I can't figure out temp control. I haven't found the directions in the box very helpful. Some food comes out absolutely delicious!! But others not as well and I think that's the temp/time problem. I'll have to see if I can find any info on YouTube

I just unpacked the air fryer, need to wash. Very light and I like the short cord. My silicone liners fit perfect. I bought it used, mint condition for a really good price. Instructions are very easy to follow and I like the turbo touch. I am excited to start using it.

This is only the second air fryer I've ever owned. I was excited to get one that was digital. And I never realized how much better this is than my old one. My old one just had a turn knob. I found the food is cooking so much better in this new chefman than my old one. Love it

I have not used this yet I'm just not registering it. I am totally unfamiliar with air fryers but have heard from so many such rave reviews. We are having our kitchen remodeled so the air fryer is going to cook many meals for us in the next several weeks.

So far I am quite satisfied. Registering for my Warranty, however, was frustrating and time consuming, as 2 of the links provided by your firm did not function. I only tried the 3rd (on the lower section of your website) after several attempts on the other two.

I am enjoying using my Chefman tremendously, however I noticed that already in the first month of use, I'm seeing that there's bits that are cracking away both on the inside and then on the outside edge? I can assure you that I never use any sort of metal on the unit. Everything is plastic and when I wash it, I wash it with a washcloth… So I am concerned of the integrity of the product.

The beeping is annoying when cooking stuff that I don't want to shake midway through. Also the hi-fry mode prevents me from turning off the machine until exiting the mode which seems like a software oversight. Maybe a preheat mode or setting as well would be nice. For the price can't complain though.

I wish it had better directions and maybe even some recipes. I cooked something that said it was 400° for 15 minutes. I can either do 15 minutes or 400°. It doesn't explain how to do both.

So far I only cooked garlic bread but it was done in 4 minutes which is great. Reason why I got chefman brand is, I had chefman air fryer for 7 years and it just stopped working And I know it's good brand and wanted to stick with it. Easy to use

This is my third air fryer and love it smaller and takes up much less space on my counter. The last was oven style and could not clean it at all crumbs would get stuck in door and be a total mess. Chefman is easy to clean and love the Hi-Fry option
