Having trouble using the chefman accordingly I can't get a temperature to specifically read on the device temperature goes from 1 to 9:00 I don't know if that's normal

On the first use I was very happy about the size of the basket, my original was a smaller capacity and was getting older. Great size for cooking for multiple people. The nuggets were crunchy. Recooked some leftover fries from a restaurant and they were just like they were freshly cooked.

It was fairly easy to use if I followed the detailed instructions. The only problem I had was it told me at one time to turn the pork chops over. I didn't know any way to open it except to pull out the drawer. When I did that the timer went back to the original time... It would be better if you included that information in the booklet

My family uses our air fryer almost daily, so when our previous one broke after only two years, we felt lost! I found the Chefman TurboFry Touch at a great price and decided to try a different brand. The packaging was secure, but I did notice a scratch on one side right out of the box. It's only cosmetic, so it doesn't affect my rating, but it was disappointing on a new appliance. I like the design because it doesn't take up much counter space. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. So far, I've only used the air fry function, but it works great. Food cooks evenly and comes out nice and crispy. The shake alert is a useful feature, though I'm still getting used to it since my old air fryer didn't have one. My favorite feature is Hi-Fry, which gives foods an extra crispy finish. I'm also looking forward to trying the dehydrator function. Overall, this air fryer offers great value for the price. I've only had it a short time, but my first impressions are very positive.

super quiet and very easy to clean. cooks perfectly

This replaced a similar product that died after a little over two years. It worked well and was easy to use. This unit is a little larger and offers a few more options. I assume it will work well too but have not used it yet.

This is only the second air fryer I've ever owned. I was excited to get one that was digital. And I never realized how much better this is than my old one. My old one just had a turn knob. I found the food is cooking so much better in this new chefman than my old one. Love it

I just unpacked the air fryer, need to wash. Very light and I like the short cord. My silicone liners fit perfect. I bought it used, mint condition for a really good price. Instructions are very easy to follow and I like the turbo touch. I am excited to start using it.

The beeping is annoying when cooking stuff that I don't want to shake midway through. Also the hi-fry mode prevents me from turning off the machine until exiting the mode which seems like a software oversight. Maybe a preheat mode or setting as well would be nice. For the price can't complain though.

So far I am quite satisfied. Registering for my Warranty, however, was frustrating and time consuming, as 2 of the links provided by your firm did not function. I only tried the 3rd (on the lower section of your website) after several attempts on the other two.
