Smells and tastes smooth, no bitterness. Can drink black but i prefer cream. It's a medium bean but the flavor comes out lighter. To me the grounds seemed to go stale by next day so i only grind what I'm going to use each day.

I’m typically a fan of the coffee pods, but there is something about fresh ground coffee brewing that takes it up a notch. This is one that we would definitely buy again. It’s a nice rich flavor, but not too dark.

We ground this in our new expression machine and it was delicious coffee. Rich and smooth with no bitterness at all. Everyone who had a cup agreed it was good coffee. We will be continuing to purchase this blend. The smell is amazing!

Good stuff

I didn’t see reviews saying that they used these in an espresso machine, so I wanted to make one. I have been so impressed by these beans in quality and flavor. I read that the company is still family owned, which is a plus for me as well. When opening the beans, they smell FRESH. Like they have no acidic undertones. They smell warm and nutty. I am far from an espresso snob with my cheap Walmart bought machine, but you can tell that the beans are good. When ground, the smell gets better. It’s the smell you look for in a coffee scented candle or what you want to wake up to on weekends. They are NOT oily beans AT ALL. My machine isn’t a fan of oily beans so this is a huge plus. The crema is 😙🤌🏻. It brews perfectly and consistently. They make a beautiful and creamy latte. I highly recommend these beans and will definitely be buying more. I am going to check out the company’s other flavors too!

I've been a fan of this coffee for several years. It's as smooth as you'll find anywhere. Perfect medium roast. No burnt smell coming from these beans! I told a friend about Boyers Aspen Gold and that's all he drinks now. This coffee is a hidden gem. Most people don't know about it. It used to be called Boyers Kona Blend but when their roasting facility burned down in 2020 I think it was, they renamed it to go with their Colorado location. I like it even better blending it 50/50 with Eight O'Clock Columbian Supreme! Do yourself a favor and try this coffee. You'll be back for more for sure.
