Great product! The flavor is great with this coffee. It is smooth and refreshing. This is a medium roast which I found perfect for my tastes. It is good without being too strong or bitter. This coffee is a new favorite and goes great with my early mornings!

Boyer's Whole Bean Aspen Gold Coffee is delightful. It's smooth with just the right amount of acidity. Since I just recently got back into drinking coffee regularly, I wanted something with just the right amount of kick. The quality is great and the size is a coffee lover's dream. I especially appreciate the whole beans in the resealable dark packaging.

I received Boyer's Coffee Whole Bean Aspen Gold Medium Roast as an incentive which is described as an Exotic, Sweet & Smooth Medium Roast. This coffee is balanced and delicious with a mild bitter note. It definitely has an extraordinary flavor, I could smell it's aroma through the bag before I opened it. I really like how this coffee holds on to its flavor after adding cream and sweetener. Which is why I usually drink a dark roast instead of a medium roast. This brand has the right amount of flavor to it, and I really like it. This coffee also mentions notes of honey sweetness, milk chocolate and roasted nuts which I do mostly agree with but I'm not really sure about the nuttiness because I don't really know the difference with or without it. I can however taste the hints of chocolate and especially the Yummy Sweetness because I do not have to use as much sweetener. I think the best part of this coffee is its freshness because it's important to have freshly brewed coffee. They mention that their beans are roasted in small batches which gives you a better quality in its freshness, balance and aroma. I also would agree that it definitely has a distinctive flavor and I think I will enjoy this brand for a long time even though I received this as an incentive. This is a great price for the amount of coffee beans you get. It is well worth it and I will be purchasing more because I really enjoy it.

This is a good value coffee. Individuals in my family disagree on how we feel about it's taste though. I feel it is a bit weak and needa more grounds than some of the other medium to light roast coffees i have had, but others in my family feel it is just right.

I recently had the opportunity to try the Boyer's Aspen Gold coffee, and wanted to share my great experience. As someone who loves coffee AND is very interested in supporting ethically sourced and socially responsible products, I was pleased to give this coffee brand (that was new to me) a taste test. This is a medium roast blend that is very smooth, and just a touch sweet. This is a great breakfast/brunch coffee, and one that would be delightful for people like me who enjoy coffee not just in the morning, but all day. I loved the smoothness and the fact that it is gentle on your stomach. Give it a try - and plan on using it for all your guests; no matter their coffee preference, this one is sure to please the crowd.

The coffee smelled delicious. I was hoping for a really good pot of coffee however it was just mediocre. I tried adding more coffee grounds to improve the coffee flavor, but it really didn't help. If you like a mild coffee, then this one's for you. I personally I like something that's a little more robust. The beans were easy to grind. We were able to select the size that we wanted for the grounds and it worked out very nice, but I am disappointed how light the flavor was considering it's supposed to be medium roast.
