No aftertaste in your coffee. Used 1:1 as sugar (1/4 cup) replacement in homemade salad dressing and was perfect. Will continue to use in place of sugar. Great product.

I have had trouble finding an acceptable sugar replacement that tastes great and has no after taste or cooling effect. Lakanto classic sugar is it for me. It feels and looks like sugar and tastes great!

I’ll never use cane sugar again!! I use the sugars for my tea and baking. Works perfectly. Looking forward to trying it with my Christmas baking because I expect it to taste the same.

Have been using monk fruit sugar for a while and no noticeable difference. It may take a bit more than regular sugar since the flora are a bit different. Even made my own powdered sugar with it!

It's very very close to tasting just like sugar. I've experienced no aftertaste but one time had a cool sensation when I made cinnamon "sugar" toast. I do love it though!
