This is fantastic! Does not raise my glycemic index or blood sugar at all. Great taste and texture. My husband and I cannot tell the difference from regular sugar.

The ONLY, sweetener I have used for the past few years. The benefits of going sugar free are too numerous to mention. As a type II diabetic (med free for 5 years), it helps to keep my glucose levels under control.
