I didn't detect any strange after taste and the cookies tasted great. Many of my friends and family us this and loved it. My best friend heard great things about monk fruit sugar but had never tried it. I gave some Lakanto monk fruit sugar for her to try because I really think she'll love it. I like that it is a healthy alternative for those who are trying a better way of enjoying sweets.

Love the taste. Would give it 5 stars except for: 1. A 1:1 equivalency is not accurate. A ratio of 3 Lakanto to 1 sugar is more accurate. 2. You must stir it quite vigorously in order to have it dissolve. Give these two small problems, this great tasting sweetener is a great healthy product.

This is my 5th bag of sweetener and I will certainly be back for more. NOTHING I have tried is so satisfying and flexible. I use it for everything from my baking to my Hot chocolate mix to my "sweet" tea. I am constantly amazed at how authentic it make my consumables.

I love the monkfruit that you sell. Especially that you sell a variety of monkfruit. I like the classic monkfruit for my coffee. I find that sometimes it’s a little crunchy in some of my baked goods. So for baking I use the powdered monkfruit. If I’m making some type of syrup then I use your liquid monkfruit. I feel that Lakanto is my go to brand that I trust!

We made a Peach-Raspberry Lemonade, Blueberry Sponge Mug Cake and Hot Chocolate. Everyone loved everything we made and all commented that if they had not known it was not "real sugar" they never would have known. In other words, #LakantoMonkfruitSugar tastes just like regular sugar with no after taste. One think I did notice is all the cooking times were almost doubled using the Monkfruit Sugar. If something said it should be microwaved for 1 minute, it took 2-3 minutes to complete it. We now have 5 new fans of #LakantoMonkfruitSugar. Thanks to them and #Trazon for the wonder way of trying this new to us product!

I love that you don’t have to any conversion of Monk fruit sugar to regular sugar. Easy to use and works the same. No guilt cookies. Bring on the holidays!

No one there could tell that they weren't made with cane sugar and everyone loved them! I'd recommend you try it and see how much you'll love it!

I made some chocolate mousse cookies that were delicious. Yum. A great way to substitute sugar. We will all be trying new dishes with our Lakanto!

Not happy. Supposed to be able to use this instead of sugar and both recipes I used it in failed. Simple syrup and glazed pecans. The sample syrup actually had large crystals appearing after cooling. The glaze on the pecans also became very granular after cooling.
