My grandson is hyperactive and he doesn't know the difference. I make homemade vanilla milk popsicles for him and he loves it. It's a wonderful substitute for keto, diabetes or children.

I started using Lakanto monk fruit sugar about a year ago to cut back on sugar but still wanting to bake great cookies and desserts. This past September I entered a cheesecake in our County Fair baked with Lakanto golden sugar in the filling and crust. Perfect for those on keto diets or trying to stay healthy! We now feed our children far more refined sugar than any other generation! I used it in baking and you need to watch your cookies close but such a great alternative! Tastes just like sugar !

My husband and I both hate the chemical taste of most sugar substitutes, even stevia has an off-putting taste with its natural origins so this product is by far the top one as a true sugar substitute! We recently did a vegan cleanse week and I have a major sweet tooth so used this in carrot and oat pancakes as well as on a fruit salad with lemon juice, blood oranges, blueberries, and raspberries. It made food choices I could make all the time without feeling shorted possible :)

I love this sweetener from putting sugar in my tea and being able to bake with it is really amazing. The thing that got me to be a believer is the lack of after taste. I will be purchasing this sweetener.

I was diagnosed with Diabetes last December and it has been a struggle to find a sweetener that i am A) not allergic to B) can be used for cooking and baking without causing cancer C) tastes nice Then a friend in the states told me she uses monkfruit. It's not sold here but a 3rd party website has it. It took weeks to arrive but oh my god. This is the ultimate sweetener for me. I even made Pumkin Spice Syrup on Saturday and is was awesome. I keep telling people how awesome it is, friends & colleagues, & even merchants who call in. The only thing is that the website who ships it here has not all products & i so woukd love to try them but Lakanto doesnt ship internationally :(
