[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so glad I found this brand of sweetener. I think it is the best on the market. It dissolves just like real sugar and leaves no aftertaste. To me the only drawback is it is a little on the expensive side but I try to catch it on sale. And also I buy in the bigger quantities; that tends to save a little also

This is an easy change too as you use the same amount as you would regular sugar. I was given a free sample to host a party with my friends through a company called Tryazon.

On my ever struggling journey of being on keto and liking it (I just enjoy things I can't have too much), Lakanto has been my favorite alternative so far. I made some low carb cheesecake with blueberry and lemon zest and was great. Did not expect much considering pas recipes I've used and throwing out food I hated. I'll be trying other things as well, but so far, has been my favorite brand to use on keto for trying to replicate the sugary carbiness I enjoy.

However, the fact that it's made from monk fruits means I can mix it into recipes or tea without the guilt! It was a breeze to substitute in my favorite baking items.

I love your products, but it is very hard for me toorder from your website. So I end up calling for all my orders. I can never see how to order the 3# bag of regular monk sugar. But I don’t mind calling my orders in. I’m actually more comfortable calling orders in versus doing it on the phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this product from tryazon. Had a party with some of my girlfriends, with home baked goods using the classic sugar! I’ve never been a fan of sugar substitutes before this product! Same texture as sugar, no after taste, no “side effects”. We were even able to use to make mojitos! My kids didn’t notice a difference and I didn’t feel as guilty enjoying these sweet treats!!

I am a type 2 diabetic that was formerly on prescription diabetic medication. Several years ago I made the decision to go on keto to control my blood sugar without a prescription. I have been successful in accomplishing that within a couple of months and have been off all diabetic medications for years. The one thing that is difficult for me is that I have a sweet tooth. I have tried all of the artificial sweeteners. I do not like the sickly, metallic aftertaste of stevia. I love the sugar flavor of Splenda but to stay in ketosis, you can only consume that moderately. My southern roots loves sweet iced tea. Monk fruit has been the closest thing I can find that tastes just like sugar for my iced tea and iced keto Dalgona coffee. Any recipe that requires sugar can be substituted with monk fruit. Any recipe that calls for flour can be substituted for almond flour. It isn’t about depriving yourself, it is about making smart substitutions for the food

This is my favorite and go-to sweetener for making drinks. You do need about 1 tbsp for a 12-14oz mug of liquid for it to taste sweet so I tend to use 2 tbsp for a 18oz smoothie or almost 1 tbsp for a mug of tea with cream. I know it says it replaces sugar 1:1 but I highly suggest using salt to balance out the sweetness (add more salt to bring out more sweetness and add less to mellow it) because while it tastes as sweet as sugar, it won't FEEL as sweet if you don't create enough contrast for it. Either way, I use it for everything. I bought 4 of the big bags so I won't run out too quickly in case the world grinds to a halt.

I made blueberry and raspberry scones with the monk fruit sweetener and I could not tell the difference of using monkfruit instead of sugar! My scones tasted amazing! I am super impressed! From now on I will use this instead of sugar as it has a zero-glycemic index and zero calories! Truly a win-win! Thank you Lakanto and Tryazon for making me a lifelong customer now!
