although a great convenience and are in fact egg whites, the SODIUM in one container is 800mg!!! if you are unaffected by salt content, have at it. but this is not a healthy alternative to regular eggs.

Yes egg prices are up. Way up...do your research about how much it's costing farmers to produce eggs and you'll find out why. A bag of chicken feed has more than trippled, and that's just for the feed. That doesn't even begin to touch gas costs for delivery etc...don't like it, vote better. Outside of that this is a good product and still cheaper than regular grocery store prices. As a bodybuilder it makes getting my protein in a lot easier.

The box states only egg white. I froze 99% and used one. When i was defrosting abother 2 boxes it separated. I like to strain in a strainer to remove extra hard egg white (rooster juice) when i did i notice a separate clear color liquid. I removed the block of ice that was still thawing and placed it in my small thin hole strainer and it thawd water. The egg white stood in the strainer. This is fruad on samsclub. Half the box is water.
