Game changer in my house. After eggs jumped in price again and you can no longer get them I changed to these. These are equivalent to 60 eggs. They cook up so nice and fluffy and you can use as replacement in cooking 3 tbl. eq. 1 egg. Fresh and a long shelf life. Also remember that you can freeze these when thawed they cook up the exact same.

Package color changed and so did the contents, Seems like a egg white emulsion, watered down product. Definately inferior to previous egg whites, to include taste,viscosity and appearance. Cooked product looks wet from water. I will look for different egg whites to purchase in the future.

I've been buying these for years. I never had a quality issue till recently. They changed the way they make them or something. They smell and taste sour now. I thought maybe I got a bad batch, but I've bought several others since the 1st bad one and they all taste like poo. I can't recommend these egg whites to anyone.

Horrible product! Used to be good before they changed the presentation. Although the main ingredient stayed the same there was something definitely changed … now it’s all watery and does not taste the same. Used for business and home but won’t be using anymore

The product has changed, and not for the better. Super thin, does not mix well, and ends up clumpy. C'mon Sams go back to the old egg whites!
