[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received our new Samsung refrigerator this past week. So far we absolutely love it. Starting from the looks and how much it modernized our kitchen, to the smart home and app connectivity. Everything has been great so far! There is a ton of space inside. We went from having a small what I like to call an apartment sized fridge to this one. The amount of space is incredible, which is perfect for us as we grow our family. The app connectivity is extremely convenient for temperature control, as well as making sure old food is removed since we can log and date everything we put inside. The lighting is better than any refrigerator I have seen, there are no dark areas especially in the freezer. Additionally it matches all of the other Samsung appliances we had already put in our home, and like the others is extremely easy to keep clean with the fingerprint resistant surfaces. Overall we love this refrigerator and have yet to find anything negative about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I desperately needed a new refrigerator. I looked at a lot with bottom freezers, but I realized they just didn’t hold enough for my family. This side by side is perfect. Plenty of room and it’s countertop depth. We did manage to scratch it already with a magnet. I’m kind of upset by that. It’s the only fault with it -that it scratched so easily. It’s not even a month old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for couple months now and happy with product. Great storage compartments in freezer and fridge. Did not give 5 star only cause they say fingerprint resistant but still see all little hand from grandkids. clean easy though.

The refrigerator is stunningly beautiful with absolutely gorgeous doors- no 'side-by-side' fridge from your past can prepare you. The model I chose does not include a water dispenser, as these eventually leak/break. Use Brita pitchers instead. The refrigerator is huge. A frozen pizza can lay flat in the freezer. The unit is especially deep and yet you can easily reach the back of the shelves due to the thoughtful configuration out of the box. The control panel is very easy to understand and use, unlike prior and more expensive models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son came over to the house, and when he walked into the kitchen, he said, “Wow, the place looks different!” We just installed the new Samsung. The question is, how do I describe why Samsung is so good? First, I bought two stand-up 13-inch stainless steel Refrigerators/Freezers that were awesome a year ago. The lighting and shelves are perfect in all the units, the ice maker in the frig is so simple, and the ice holder is so perfect in the size you can tell it will never quit working. That still does explain why the stainless steel frig seems so perfect. For that, I call it “The Little Black Dress Affect.” Why, when you watch any awards ceremony, you see countless women wearing all manner of outfits, and when one walks down the runway with a simple black dress and heels on the eyes, turn that way. Samsung has accomplished something no other manufacturer comes close to capturing; simple, clean lines with an inside that is practical and elegant. My hats off two your engineering and design teams.

Just got it to replace High end GE we had for years .....great spacing of shelving but limited flex in spacing excellent finish inside and out all glass quick easy removal makes cleaning a breeze weight avg look clean modern cant find a flaw other than 36 days to recieve luv smart things app notifications while away

Great features, nice lighting, and lots of space! Only downside is no light for water/ice dispenser. Also crushed ice could be more crushed, but still highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure about a refrigerator without a water dispenser. We have no problems with the icemaker freezing up. There is ample room in both the sections. The door holds 2 gallons of milk on one shelf. There are 2 large roomy drawers in the fridge section then a large drawer in the freezer section. We can fit 3 weeks worth of frozen goods in the freezer section. The door holds almost as much as our old fridge. It is easy to keep clean. The fingerprints wipe right up. The shelfs will contain any spills. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a new refrigerator

the fridge looks nice, but the ice maker hasn't worked since it was originally installed a few weeks ago. we get one, maybe two, ice cubes per day, and they are pretty small and not nice looking. i'm pretty disappointed and questioning whether we should have gone with another brand. i miss the ice cubes from my 20 year old fridge that we replaced!
