The styling is great very contemporary. The fingerprint proof stainless finish is a great improvement over our older stainless fridge that always seemed to have handprints. We are very pleased with our purchase .

Glass shelves and large shelves on the doors. 10 Cubic Feet of freezer space was important to us as this is our second unit which is in our laundry room. Keeps perfect temperatures. We did not connect the ice maker since we do not need one. Also the ice maker takes up very little space in the freezer and is on the door which leaves your shelf space for frozen foods. A very good buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 6 people in our home and finding items in the freezer was a nightmare! Now we can easily divide things by category. My mom loves organization! It also has an app so we can monitor the temp and our favorite....when the door is open! We have had fun yelling downstairs to close the fridge, which confused my Grandpa for about a week how we knew he was in there!! It's also has an alarm that goes off after 2 mins of the door being open! We are also able to set the temp of the fridge and freezer from our phones!! You can also remotely do a "Power Freeze" and "Power Cool" which is fantastic if you lose power an aren't home. You can monitor temp and do a faster cool down of needed, once power is back on. Another thing I love is how effortless and quietly the drawers open and close!! The lightning is magnificent! It illuminates the entire inside so you don't have dark areas and helps you to easily locate your items. The fingerprint resistant doors do seem to smudge and leave spots, marks but it is "resistant ", not "fingerprint proof". The design is sleek and modern which makes it the highlight of our older kitchen, but fits in perfectly and classes the place up. Oh, also, it is sooooo quiet! My family and I are loving our new refrigerator. Samsung has done it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator took a while to be delivered and installed but it was definitely worth the wait. The appearance looks very sleek and modern. It does not look bulky like our prior refrigerator. It is also very roomy--we can put more items inside and with it not having a water dispenser like our old one, it creates more space for other items. I really like that it can be connected to wifi and I get a notification on my phone when the doors are open for too long. The ice maker is also very great. However my most favorite part of this fridge is that it has all around cooling and that I can easily control the temperature that I wanted using the ADA-compliant control. All over LED lighting is also a plus. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

i bought this refrigerator for space convenience and economy, and to tell the truth i was impressed with the ability to store everything i need. i just wanted a refrigerator that was spacious, modern, and in the same vein as samsung so that it would not be aesthetically out of step with the stove i had previously purchased from the brand. the design is charming as its minimalist design makes it look very modern and the black steel color makes it look very elegant. i decided on this model because it is precisely the space that i have for a refrigerator, and i did not want it to protrude from the counter and that is why i chose it that way.

It had the largest capacity of any refrigerator and is perfect to use for a second refrigerator. We also have the Samsung bespoke side by side counter depth refrigerator in the kitchen and this one looks just like the other so they complement each other.

The fact that it doesn’t have protruding handles is a huge plus for space and fit, plus gives it a very sleek look. My only complaint is that the one drawer seems to freeze even on the lowest setting

Has never worked right. Freezer doesn't keep items frozen consistently. Tech came out replaced the mother board and some other stuff. Seemed to work fine for a bit. Now its out of warranty and stuff doesn't stay frozen. App says there is nothing wrong with it...... frustrating.

The delivery company removed the old refrigerator with no problems. The side-by-side is beautiful, bright, and easy to set the temperatures. 9/22/2021- As we adjust to our new appliance we continue to be satisfied with the features of the Refrigerator. The temperature control settings were easy to program. The alarm when the door is not shut tight saved me a bad situation. One recommendation I would make is to have adjustability of the door shelves on the freezer side. As appliances need to be replaced, I will continue to look first at Samsung products.
