The shelving unit appears to be very high quality. I loo forward to using it. However, shipping (via Fedex--say it all) resulted in the bottom shelf being bent. Customer service was responsive! (big positive shout out to Jeremy), but the vendor shipped out the wrong color replacement shelf--chrome instead of graphite. So I ordered this on 9/5. It is now 9/26 and I still do not have a unit that I can use. The month+ turn around to resolve the issue is frankly unacceptable.

I've bought & built 15 of these. Here's how I do it. -Unbox & organize everything. -Find a FLAT piece of floor (not as easy as you might think). -Lay each shelf on the flat floor, rock back & forth, and organize by flatness. -Build from the bottom up. -Put the flattest shelves on the bottom to serve as a good foundation. -Put the slightly tweaked shelves in the middle. -Put the most tweaked shelves on the top. -If you want the shelves evenly spaced, count 12 visible rings between each one. -Put the feet or wheels on last. -If the shelves rock back & forth, use 1-2 washers to shim/level the wheels or feet. We moved last year, since then everything we owned has been "in the basement in a box somewhere", these shelves have been awesome to get stuff organized. I looked around and don't think you can beat these for the money. Hope this helps.

Absolutely fantastic! Very strong, looks great too. Can be used in a kitchen, a storage room, or a garage. The reasonable price may be the best part! When we set up our company "archives" originally, I got cheap plastic shelving because we needed so many units. The plastic shelves sagged, cracked and chipped and weren't quite the right dimensions. When we needed more shelves, I chose these Seville shelves. They were the perfect dimensions for archives boxes and actually hold twice as many as the non-adjustable plastic shelves. The vinyl shelf liners made it easier to slide boxes in and out. I didn't have high expectations for the wheels, anticipating cheap little wheels that would drag more than roll but these wheels are larger and heavy duty and actually roll! So now I am able to wheel an empty rack anywhere in the building, load it with archives boxes and simply leave the rack already organized in the warehouse archives. At the end of the year, I can wheel the older files out to the shredder right on the rack. No loading and unloading handcarts! My CEO was so pleased with the efficiency of the Seville racks that he allowed me to replace all of our crumbling plastic shelving with Seville racks. These Seville Shelves are cheaper than other heavy duty chrome shelves and are better quality than "decorative" chrome shelves.

I love that they come with wheels and how solid they are. They are a good value for the money. At other stores, they have something similar for the price, but do not contain the nice caster wheels. I like to use them as plant stands to start seedlings in the spring with four shelves set up for enough space for the lights and seedlings for each shelf. I hang 4' shop lights for light and have all the plugs plug into one power strip I mount up high on the rack with zip ties so water doesn't get into it. Since the racks are 4' long, the 4' shop lights it perfectly.

This is a real bargain at about a hundred bucks. It's solid as a rock when assembled and fairly easy to put together. Two suggestions: 1) Have a rubber mallet handy. It makes seating the shelves onto the conical clips a breeze. 2) ONLY do store pickup, not delivery. Read other reviews to see how commercial carriers absolutely destroy these well-packed boxes.

After 4 phone calls, mfr, local Sams, Sams main customer service, and Members Mark CS, and a total of 90 minutes on hold, I was informed that a replacement piece would take 10 to 15 business days to receive. Sams will not cannabalize the part from another pkg. As the instructions say, I laid out in my garage, and counted every piece. I then did a physical exam and discovered a bottom pole had the threaded inserts reversed. At 75, there was no way I could reassemble the parts into the cut open box. There should be an expedited shipping of missing or defective parts as part of Sams purchase agreement with a mfr. I am not leaving my car sitting out waiting on a defective pole. I am taking the pieces back without the box for a refund. I will never buy anything from Sams that requires assembly.

Received this package in bad shape. It obviously had been opened and returned. Pieces were missing and others had been damaged. Not sure I can make it usable. I am not able to lift the package to move it off my porch less haul it 100 miles to return it to a store. This was shipped by Seville for Sam’s. I have assembled literally dozens of these shelves and have never had issues like this.

I put one together about a month ago so ordered another. Started putting together and one wheel would not screw onto pole. Now I have to box up and return if I can’t get it fixed first. Very aggravating. The first unit had one shelf bent at corner so that would not fit over pole but didn’t need the shelf part luckily. Not recommend this product cause both times there is a faulty part.
