We have about 40 of these racks. We just got a few more in and the notches for the plastic stoppers to fit in are so shallow the plastic guides slip right down. The old ones were manufacturered in China and these are made in Vietnam. There is no way the shelves will hold the weight they are advertised to. DO NOT BUY THESE

I love these shelves. I would say very simple to install...but not something I would want to rearrange the shelves often as they are heavy and easier to adjust with 2 people and a rubber mallet. I own at least 8 of them for my small business and have a few in my garage at home. I've yet to have one break and we put some heavy stuff on it with constant use. built to last!

This is the nicest and largest for the price that I've seen. I ordered one and was so pleased that I replaced another shelving unit I had with another one of these. These are taller and wider than any I had so the shelves hold so much more. The only thing I don't care for is the plastic pieces that cover the shelves. If you had cans or items that would fall through the wires then the plastic pieces would be good but every time I place something heavy on these, it pushes the plastic pieces out of the way.

Best shelves. I now have them in my basement, kitchen and garage. They are easy to assemble, hold an incredible amount of items and roll for easily for moving or cleaning. I also bought some for my kids school. They are filled with snacks and rolled down the hall to distribute. Also, I priced these at other sellers and Sam's Club has (by far) the best price and best quality.

After helping my mom assemble one of these, I went immediately out and bought two of the standard and one of the corner. I used them for a complete garage re-org. All are extremely high quality and easily support heavy things such as my husbands many tools, saws, and car parts. We used the wheels and just braked them in place.

This set contains the racks, plastic inserts for the racks, and a choice of rollers or feet for the base, It is the best deal that I could find for this kind of wire rack. I actually did not need the high weight capacity of these racks but they were less expensive than buying lighter duty racks (+ rollers). These racks roll smoothly and are very stable. No issues in assembly.

I ordered two of these. I bought them because they were on sale for $20 off each. I was charged the full, regular price. I had to place a 20 minute call to get the $40 credited. The customer service lady in the Philippines acted like she did me a favor. One of the units arived with the box broken open. The zip ties holding the sheves together had been cut or broken. There was a connector piece pre-installed cross threaded. I had to use a vise and a rubber mallet to remove and straighten it. After assembly one of the legs is half an inch off the ground. I had to unscrew the wheel a half inch to make it level. It was assembled exactly the way the other legs were That is not how it is supposed to be. The other unit is as it should be.

I bought two sets of these shelves from Sam's Club and I am very happy with them. I have purchased similar NSF rated shelf units from other suppliers several times in the past. Assembly method, quality and load capacity seem to be pretty much the same. The main benefit with the Member's Mark unit is that it comes with plastic shelf liners which make sliding boxes side-to-side on the shelves much easier. These liners would likely cost $25 to $50 if purchased separately, so having them including is a major plus which makes this purchase an excellent value!

Sturdy shelving units that were easy to put together. Love that you can adjust the shelf heights. We purchased three for our garage. I love that they have wheels—makes them easy to move and clean behind. We saw them in store, but ordered online and had them delivered since they were heavy and we didn’t have a vehicle suitable for transport. Excellent buy!

I love this shelf and would’ve given it five stars, it is the second one I have purchased from Sam’s. The delivery was terrible. The box had been opened and re-taped. Obviously someone had purchased and returned it, because several of the parts were out of their plastic sleeves, and all of the zip ties had already been cut. The box broke open when it was placed on my front porch and pieces fell out.
