I ordered two of these. I bought them because they were on sale for $20 off each. I was charged the full, regular price. I had to place a 20 minute call to get the $40 credited. The customer service lady in the Philippines acted like she did me a favor. One of the units arived with the box broken open. The zip ties holding the sheves together had been cut or broken. There was a connector piece pre-installed cross threaded. I had to use a vise and a rubber mallet to remove and straighten it. After assembly one of the legs is half an inch off the ground. I had to unscrew the wheel a half inch to make it level. It was assembled exactly the way the other legs were That is not how it is supposed to be. The other unit is as it should be.

I just redid my whole laundry room with these shelves and I can't praise them enough. A fantastic value that will last for years. I purchased two of these units for my shed about ten years ago, I used 2 shelves from each to 'span' in between the units to make one big unit that was 12 feet wide by 4 shelves high. Even when loaded with the big storage bins I have no problem rolling the unit around to get behind it and they still look like the day I bought them. I wouldn't recommend any other shelving at any price.

I now have three of these shelving units. I bought two more after about 5 years of only having one. Best roll about shelving and a great price. I use them in the garage to store larger and heavier tools and other junk. I like the casters so I can clean out the leaves and other crap the blows in from outside.

Shelving arrived in Good condition... One Shelf was bent during shipping... All the other parts were intact and in Excellent condition. After reading the instructions and laying the parts out it took me about 15 minutes to assemble. It was really easy.. Also The shelves really can hold a lot of weight and the Wheels make it so easy to move about.

I have 5 of these shelves and they're amazing! Adjustable height is a great feature and I often use S hooks and magnets to hang things off the side. I'm using two in my office, one in the kitchen, and two in my storage shed. They hold up great. Being able to roll it makes it much easier to move to clean it or rearrange. It's just a great product and I rec'd it to a lot of friends and family.

These 6-tier shelves are GREAT, but DO NOT order them online and have them shipped to you. I did three times and every time I got a damaged unit (smashed so badly that the poles wouldn't fit through the holes at the corners of the shelves, casters that were bent and would no longer swivel, etc.) and 2 of the 3 were missing parts because the cheap brown shipping boxes arrived with gaping holes at both ends. I have many identical units that I purchased at Sam's Club and the heavier full-color boxes available in the store are always in great condition (no damage inside and no missing parts).

On average, 1-2 shelves in each box has a won't fit well on all 4 corners. It's because the welding connecting the shelves to the cylindrical sleeves that go around the pole is of spotty quality. The welded material sometimes jets out into where the pole should be - either preventing the shelf from going on the pole, or making one of the corners not fit evenly. In a couple cases, there was a corner with the cylinder not fully closed, making it too loose to hug the connectors. Also, please read the description / packaging carefully​: the allowed load is GREATLY reduced if wheels are used instead of the stationary feet.

This is the nicest and largest for the price that I've seen. I ordered one and was so pleased that I replaced another shelving unit I had with another one of these. These are taller and wider than any I had so the shelves hold so much more. The only thing I don't care for is the plastic pieces that cover the shelves. If you had cans or items that would fall through the wires then the plastic pieces would be good but every time I place something heavy on these, it pushes the plastic pieces out of the way.

I love these shelves. I would say very simple to install...but not something I would want to rearrange the shelves often as they are heavy and easier to adjust with 2 people and a rubber mallet. I own at least 8 of them for my small business and have a few in my garage at home. I've yet to have one break and we put some heavy stuff on it with constant use. built to last!

I bought five of these shelves for my basement utility room and they are fabulous. It took me and a friend a couple of hours to put them all together, but not a problem. They are larger and hold more weight than previous shelves I bought for my garage. I would highly recommend these shelves with casters as it makes it easy to move the shelves and clean underneath or behind. They also have plastic shelf liners that make it great for even putting small things on the shelves. I spent many hours looking for the best price on these industrial shelves and they can't be beat!
