[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Changing the door swing direction was significantly harder than it needed to be. Having to remove parts and turn then flip them around. Never had this much trouble getting a door swing to change - what should take less than 10 minutes took close to an hour - directions were not that great. Serious wasted space at the bottom of the refrigerator door due to bins sticking out too far. Redesign in the works, maybe??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator/freezer for about 2 months. The size is perfect and we like the way we can store different size items on the doors. There are 2 things that could be better. One is that there is no light in the freezer, making it hard to find things at times. Second, we find that there is a lot of frost on things in the freezer at times. We check the manual troubleshooting guide and it said that would happen if the door was not closed well. We verified that is not the problem nor do we open it too often. It is a mystery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this frost-free fridge/freezer for several months now and are so pleased with the amount of inside space top and bottom, especially in this pandemic era when we are buying more in bulk to have extra supplies in stock. Fit great into our space.. And what a relief not to have to defrost it! We also love the lighting.

Bought this fridge to replace an older one during a remodel of our summer cabin. This fridge was absolutely the correct size we needed for the space we had available. Yes LG makes bigger, fancier, more expensive units but this absolutely fit the bill. Thanks for having a selection of smaller units.

My new fridge is nice looking and is keeping everything nice and cold. Love having handles incorporated into the doors and not extending out from the doors. I also like the magnets that pull the doors closed if I neglect to shut them properly. On top of these features, the fridge is quiet.

I only set medium and the frig is cold enough about 35F and freezer is very good. I also like the organizer attachments, very big. I can fit many items than my previous frig.

Our french door side by side is not really efficient. The LTCS20020W It's the perfect size inside and out, plus the cost and energy efficiency with not have a big impact on our budget. Best choice for us.

It has more room than the side by side that we have had for the last 8 years. Bought it to put in the garage for extra storage and it has been perfect. This is the first lg refrigerator I have purchased, and I wish I would have done it sooner.

When we have company and the extra space for overflow food this refrigerator fits the bill. It is placed in our garage which can become very warm but it works well keeping the food and frozen items cold. It is roomy and well laid out inside. It is easy to open and close the doors.
