Was too dry for me personally. Was not a fan. Paired with /sharp cheese and wheat crackers. More than likely will not purchase again

To be a young wine, the bourbon barrel aging added a layer of silk that I was not expecting. Unexpected is good. Enjoyed with sliders for a weeknight treat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For my second wine, I tried the Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine was not my favorite. It has a stronger flavor, which while not bad, is not my preference. I prefer a smoother flavor. That being said, I would drink this wine again perhaps with some food to see if it gives it a different flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is for the Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon. First I must say I am not a huge fan of Cabernet so keep that in mind. I prefer a red blend. But let's get to the taste of it, had some tartness to it, maybe some cranberry. And I could definitely taste the bourbon, that is why the title of my review. I will say that it's worth trying if you are a fan of Cabernet. I paired it with some cheese which is always great! I am still learning about wines and glad I tried this, now I know it's not my favorite. I will say my friends who love a Cabernet did like this, they too could note the bourbon so keep that in mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really enjoyed the flavors of this wine. We just had some cheese, crackers, fruits and nuts with the wine. In the future I can see enjoying this with a great meal such as a good steak dinner. Overall a winner in our book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, red wines are strong for me so I like to pair with food. I paired this Cabernet Sauvignon with ground meat and sausage pasta (White sauce- Bolognese). Strikingly, this red wine was not as strong as I was expecting. While opening and smelling the wine, the blackberry and black cherry fragrance and taste were dominant. We were able to taste the the hint of oak barrel and vanilla. I would recommend to an oenophile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the bourbon barrel-aged Cabernet from Robert Mondavi. The bourbon barrel really adds so much depth and flavors to the wine. It's a very bold glass of wine and I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it before.
