[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can definitely smell and taste the bourbon barrel flavor of the Cabernet Sauvignon. Slightly flavored with tannins, but overall a smooth deep finish. The cab pairs nicely with aged white cheddar and red grapes. I can definitely see myself enjoying this wine outside by a bonfire in winter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet was a lot too acidic for my taste. It was harsh and left my mouth with a puckery feeling. Definitely letting it breathe helped. Pairs well with Pepper Jack cheese.

The aroma is the perfect blend of fruit and oak. It paired perfectly with our italian dinner off chicken parm and pasta. It kept the night going!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We paired this Cab with some spicy Italian chicken sausage and turkey meatballs. It was a good pairing. The wine was definitely different than other Cabs, with a hint of spicy flavor and vanilla. I liked it, as I occasionally enjoy bourbon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a delicious wine that I quite enjoyed. I enjoyed the grape scent of this wine. It had a bold yet sweet taste to me. I enjoyed the wine with some sliced deli meat, cheese, and some green grapes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor is amazing on this blend. The toasted oak is very distinguished. The aroma of the blackberry , vanilla and some herbs. I found it tasty with some steal and potatoes. I would recommend this for sure.

I’m not much of a wine drinker but this is so good when I’m eating charcuterie. Goes really well when you cook the wine in beef. Love how it gives a subtle taste to the meat after it’s slowed cooked for hours. Definitely one of the more affordable and accessible wine to cook with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first time trying Robert Mondavi Private Selection Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon. I found the color a nice deep red, aroma was fruity yet smoky with a sweet hint. The Flavor was tart yet sweet fruit blend with just a subtle hint of chocolate and a smoky after taste. It pairs well with Beef and Pasta. We paired ours with steak, butternut squash ravioli and French green beans. I highly recommend this wine for a dinner party or any special occasion.
