[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bourban Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon was my favorite of the 3 Barrel Aged wines with its earthy and spicy aroma accompanied by a bold taste and strong tannic finish. I tried this one with an assortment of cheese and loved it best with gouda. Will definitely try this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bold, with medium tannins and acidity. Notes of oak, vanilla, blackberry, tobacco, slightly smokey. A good quality wine, without being too pricey. We paired this with charcoal-grilled ribeyes, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Delicious!

I'm not much of a wine drinker but this is so good when I'm eating charcuterie. Goes really well when you cook the wine in beef. Love how it gives a subtle taste to the meat after it's slowed cooked for hours. Definitely one of the more affordable and accessible wine to cook with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not normally a fan of red wines as they tend to taste too harsh and strong, and often leave me with a headache. I did however enjoy this wine though. I drank it at a proper temp, it was smooth, warm, and comforting to drink. It had a smokey cherry aftertaste with a hint of leather if you ask me. Soft on the tannins which I prefer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Robert Mondavi Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon was our second favorite wine! This wine had a bourbon smell, but it also had dark fruity notes. It paired very nicely with fruit. I would buy this wine again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Robert Mondavi Private Selection Cabernet Sauvignon and to my Fiance's and my surprise this wine definitely has some kick and spice in it. It smells wonderful. The blend of Black Cherries is very appreciated. Very smooth and slick. I highly recommended that you try this and add it to your collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We found the aroma a little strong in comparison to other Cabs. The flavor was a little overwhelming at first, but than it began to mellow. We paired this with hard cheeses and meat. We finished it with a glazed pork roast dinner. Overall I will purchase this again, some of my guest were very impressed.

This particular selection has a robust, intense flavor experience. The black cherry and blackberry lead the way take control of this loaded barrel wine, complementing the vanilla, brown sugar and toasted oak. Definitely recommend this for a casual gathering of friends for wine, steak and conversation.

The taste was strong and very dry. I loved it! It had a taste of oak and a hint of fruit. Very memorable!! This would be so good paired with steak or ribs.
