The wine is definitely perfect for a few combinations. I would definitely recommend it. I'm highly satisfied with my experience with this brand.

I think this would pair nicely with any cheese, i ate some mozzarella with it. crackers and cheese were a must have with this wine. the aroma is very sweet and i could definately smell the cherry vibes that came with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this wine. It has a fantastic aroma of chocolate and cinnamon. It's a beautiful dark red and seems to shimmer in my glass. To me, at first taste, it has a gingerbread house taste, which I love. It then leaves a lingering taste of a smokey chocolate. This wine seems perfect for girls night in or even date night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bourban Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon was my favorite of the 3 Barrel Aged wines with its earthy and spicy aroma accompanied by a bold taste and strong tannic finish. I tried this one with an assortment of cheese and loved it best with gouda. Will definitely try this again.

All of the body and richness of cabernet, but sweet and caramel notes from the Bourbon. Definitely a nice bottle for gifting, or enjoying with grilled porkchops or steak. Even the non- wine drinkers liked this one!

The strength of this lies in the aroma and taste. It is slightly sweet with a fruit forward medium bodied dry finish. I paired this with a rib eye steak and butter and parsley baked potatoes. Robert Mondavi Private Selection Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is deep plum in color. It awakens the senses with the fragrance of vanilla, carmel, berries, and a strong hint of earthly oak. The pallette is teased with BlackBerry, blueberry, black cherry, carmel, spices, and a toasty oak. Although I enjoyed this, it was a little to dry for my liking.
