[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im usually not a fan of very dry wine but I must say the Sauvignon Wine was quite good. It was dry but with a hint of sweetness and paired with Charcuterie was definitely the best. what a great tasting wine.

Robert Mondavi Private Selection Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is my new favorite. It has a bold flavor and aroma that highlights the Bourbon. The aftertaste is pleasant and satisfying. The mouthfeel is on point. We enjoyed this exquisite wine with a cheese & fruit tray appetizer and a meatless pasta meal. I feel it will pair well with any hearty food. I will purchase again for myself, as well as, to serve/gift to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wine has a slightly sweet but tart taste. It has hints of blueberry and plum and I paired it with BBQ Ribs and Jerked Chicken. These combinations were definitely ? and will be doing this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Uncorked this bottle for a pot luck dinner where we had pasta with lots of Pecorino Romano. It paired really. You can taste hints of bourbon, some sweetness and some sour notes. It bold and flavorful and cuts through strong tastes well, will probably go well with grilled and smoked meats too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We thoroughly enjoyed the Cabernet during our dim sum dinner party and it was surprisingly a great accompaniment to the rich, salty, and savory Asian foods. We typically eat dim sum with a light beer or sake but the Cabernet was a perfect wine to pair the foods with since. The notes of bourbon lingered and with each bite and sip, it rounded out every bite nicely!

It also didn't have as much as an aroma, which I enjoyed. It went lovely with grilled pork chops. Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon will be at my holiday party this season.

I bought 2 bottles of this because it was the only barrel-aged wine available in my area. We drank it one night with a cheese and sausage charcuterie board while watching a movie and the other with a fabulous steak off the grill. It paired very well both times. It was perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had many cabernet sauvignon's in my life but never tasted something this good. The barrel-aged wine has a strong smell in a good way. It's a little bitter but great taste. I paired it with some crackers and cheese and some deli meats.

I served it to my guests with a board of crackers and Gouda and Goat cheese. The pairing was perfect. The Cabernet was a hit. I will be purchasing this more for our holiday get togethers.

But if you don't enjoy bourbon or whiskey, that taste might be too apparent to overlook. As for my circle of family and friends, the whiskey drinkers tasted too much berry and the fruity wine drinkers tasted too much whiskey. But its perfect for anyone who enjoys both!
