Send this to my mom every few months. It's a favorite of hers. She loves the versatility of this for meals... As a sandwich, or as a meat for a meal with sides. She said it goes perfect with biscuits and eggs or as a sandwich for lunch at work.

This is a very delicious and well and filling. The gks loves this corn beef. It is easy to prepare and great on a bed of rice. It is a must have for a quick meal.

It tastes good once you can get it out of the can. Unfortunately, the packaging is next to impossible to open and, once open, the meat is extremely difficult to get out.

When reading the product label I was shocked to learn the high level of saturated fat and salt. Didn’t care for the taste either, so won’t be buying this again.

Serve with steamed cabbage, potatoes, onions, and carrots (all in one pot,) great for "too lazy to cook" days), oh, and don't forget the bay leaves, black pepper, red pepper flakes, spicy mustard, and other spices of choice.

Tasty, makes good sandwiches mixed with a little mayonnaise.
