Libby's Corned Beef, 12 oz., 3 pk.

This product has Sodium Nitrate in it.  I did not see this this before making the purchase. Money lost. Unable to eat.

Totally gross. May have some culinary application I am unaware of but do not even think about eating it plain in my opinion.

Not delicious at all.

I like corn beef. I like spam. So I thought I will give it a try. I ate it out of the can, microwaved it, and fried it. It is horrible. It does not have much taste. I will not buy again.

Disgusting

Right down to the shape of the can, this is like stepping back in time and being with my grandparents and great grandparents as they weathered World War I.  Believe it or not, I eat this for the nostalgia of those times, right down to the "key" opener.  It's awesome.

Of course, they didn't have microwaves back then.  I do.  I microwave this for a minute and a half.  It's good with a nice, bland side dish as it's a bit on the salty side.  But the whole experience is, for me, like being in a time machine for the brief instant of a meal, and I like it.

More nostalgia than mere nutrition.
