I make corned beef and cabbage using this corned beef. I cook the cabbage, potatoes, carrots in some beef broth. When done I slice the corned beef to add to the plate.

This isn’t just emergency food. I sauté some tomatoes and onion in olive oil, then add the corned beef, and a tablespoon of soy sauce and a splash of water. Serve over Jasmine rice!

My husband loves it, me, not so much. Preppers will love this to break up the same old canned goods in a SHTF situation. My objection is mostly the texture of the product. It's not like what I'm used to from the meat department that I cook at home. My husband likes to make scrambled eggs with this mixed in or cb hash. He was a military brat so this is something he grew up on.
