I just purchased an SF through mattress firm. I am so disappointed, especially for the high cost. I struggle with back pain, and this mattress sinks in the middle. My husband and I feel ourselves rolling into the center. This should provide far more support than it does.

Never buy without first trying it. Since i had previously bought two it didn't seem necessary. Not bery good help online. The only thing i love is the appearance.

We also bought the adjustable bed to help with my husband's snoring and it is life-changing! We love the split king-mattresses and we are also able to adjust the bed to each of our preferences. I can now sleep in my own bed and get the best night's sleep, instead of having to sleep most of the night on the couch. My husband also loves it as he does not get poked in the arm all night to change positions to reduce the snoring. We are both getting the best night's sleep now. Thank you Stearns and Foster!

I was really not interested in changing out my previous mattress. However I was convinced that some of my back pain was coming from my previous very expensive soft mattress. After exploring everything on the market, I kept coming back to this mattress and up till the day it was delivered. I was nervous the first night sleep was spectacular and every night since it’s been the same. I love it so much. I’m buying a second one for our other house.

We purchased our mattress about a year ago. At first it was fine but within 4 to 6 months it started to show indents where we sleep. Now a year later it’s just awful. We try smoothing it out but that is extremely difficult, if not impossible to do. My husband is going to call the company today, I do hope he has a positive response.

This is my second Stearns & Foster mattress. We upgraded from a queen to a king and the only thing that kept me from doing it sooner was that I LOVED my mattress so much. It was at least 9 years old and was still just like new. It looked gorgeous, no sags, and I slept like an angel for 9+ years. I finally purchased a bigger bed and my best friend begged for my old mattress for her guest room. We ordered almost exactly the same thing (the product names had changed over the years) and we couldn't be happier. STILL great quality and amazing service. It's so pretty it's a shame to cover it up. And I'm still sleeping like an angel! This bed will last forever. We visited many furniture showrooms and laid on many beds but kept coming back to Stearns and Foster. For various reasons we bought our bed directly from Stearns and Foster and found their customer service to be top rate. We are primarily side sleepers and found this medium firmness bed gave us the proper support. It's been two weeks now and so far are very happy with our decision. We are not only sleeping better and longer but wake up more rested and with less aches.
