Replaced a previous Sterns and Foster (firm) in 2023 which was 8ish years old and was great. But due to age and the resulting pressure point issues (shoulders/hips) bought a Medium Lux king pillow top. After a few months the mattress formed two depressions which were very uncomfortable. (It did help with the pressure points). The depressions make it difficult to turn in bed or get out if bed. We placed folder blankets under the bed to counteract the depressions. Will not consider another Sterns and Foster brands when we buy a replacement in 2026.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I went from feeling like I had been hit by a MAC truck every night to feeling well rested on most nights. It provides support while still giving me cushion on my hips as I'm a side sleeper. I would say the only challenging item is it's very heavy so trying to lift the corners when putting on sheets is pretty challenging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this mattress because we loved our previous Stearns and Foster mattress. We found the new mattress to meet our previous expectations of high quality and comfort.. It is well made and delivery was professional and easy to schedule.

We purchased our mattress about a year ago. At first it was fine but within 4 to 6 months it started to show indents where we sleep. Now a year later it’s just awful. We try smoothing it out but that is extremely difficult, if not impossible to do. My husband is going to call the company today, I do hope he has a positive response.

We've been afraid to buy a new bed and not be satisfied with it so we've put it off all these years, but after sleeping on one of your beds, we decided to go ahead and order one. It's wonderful. I feel so supported in any position.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lux Estate Firm Euro Pillowtop is everything I was hoping it would be- a very comfortable and very supportive sleep. I am falling asleep faster and waking up less frequently in the night. Best of all, I wake up feeling refreshed. It was pricier than other mattresses ilI considered but in the long run, it was worth the price. Very happy.

This very expensive mattress is lopsided and has a dip after 4 months. Another reviewer indicated it's like sleeping in a hammock and that is EXACTLY on point. This occurred just outside of the 3 month replacement warranty. After dealing with a million picture requirements, my appeal for replacement was rejected because the indentation was not "deep enough." It is literally like rolling downhill from one side to the other. Memory foam is supposed to rebound, but it doesn't in this mattress. If uploads were allowed, I would have uploaded a picture with my level showing how lopsided it has become. I previously had a S&F matress for 10+ years. I'm so disappointed in this new one and will not purchase this brand again. Oh and it cannot be easily rotated since it is super heavy.

Shortly after sleeping on this product the pillow top thread started to pull out. We contacted support and received the complete run around with not a thing solved. We bought this item 4/6/22, mod 525128, made in Md. (or so the tag states). This mattress is hot to sleep, when you can sleep. This mattress is 4 yrs old and we are considering throwing in garbage and buying another brand.

We have not officially slept on our new mattress as of yet, but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get my new Sterns & Foster mattress while on sale. We had a tornado hit our home Nov 2024, we had to completely move out of our home due to 95% structural damage to our roof. It rained into our bedroom and our King size Sterns and Foster Silver Dream mattress was soaked! The absolute best mattress we ever owned! So, it goes without saying I’m sold on Sterns and Foster to manufacture the best mattress on the market for us! We hopefully will get our home back at the end of January 2026 and I am looking forward to a good nights sleep on my new S&F mattress! Thank you S&F for our new quality built mattress!

Our previous mattress which we loved was Stearns and Foster. After 9 years of using it without sanginess or any other issues we decided to replace it, just because of its age. Considering our previous experience replacing our old mattress with Stearns and Foster mattresses was a blind choice that we felt confident about. Compared to our previous mattress there was a clear difference in quality even before we slept on it, e.g. there were multiple long hanging threads left over from the manufacturing process. We did not think much of this at first, after all a hanging thread is a hanging thread. Now our biggest problem, less than 3 months after purchase, one side sagged so much that it is uncomfortable to sleep on. Turning during sleeping feels like you are going uphill. We had to rotate the mattress 90 degrees to circumvent this issue. Now after close to a year and half turning the mattress is not helping. Maybe this mattress was a one off and maybe not. Probably if I reached out to Stearn and Foster they would replace it, but at this stage we decided to move on because they lost our trust. We just purchased a new different brand mattress today. Sadly, this was a disappointing experience. We loved our first mattress, we wish our second Stearn and Foster mattress was just as a good.
