The curb side pick up service has become terrible. Pick up times taking longer than the time frame selected. Selected a Sunday pickup between 8-9am, to which I received a text a little after 7:30am that morning saying that my order was ready for pick up. I get to the Sam’s and check in, only to receive a text back saying that the club was not open and to check back during their business hours, which was at 10:00 am! Why would you offer a pickup time from 8-9am but not be open for pick ups until 10:00am? Shenanigans, I tell yah…

As for cleaning, it does a great job! I use a stain pre treatment for visible stains on baby's clothing, etc, but this cleans normal wear and removes odors from worn clothing and rags. I'll purchase again.
