The floor looks wonderful.  Was a little tricky for me to install but the professional i stalled it with ease

Some wood warped and could not be used.  Wasted my contractors time sifting thru trying to find good pieces.  Disappointed.

LOVE THE PRODUCT - very disappointed that price was lowered $3.00/box two weeks after purchase which would have saved this retiree $300.00 plus additional taxes.

Great - but....

Just installed and I was super pumped!  One week in and there are several nicks. We don’t wear shoes inside the house so this is alarming to say the least. I would not buy again. Looks like we may have to replace this about 6 months in

nicks and not the Saint kind

Had these floors professionally installed in less than 30 days they were chipping, peeling, and cracking. I reached out to the manufacturer after several emails back and forth still no results.

It’s was for a bedroom so we went with the 10mm laminate which was so much easier to lay

The final product looks great. We really like it. But there are some things to be aware of if you are doing one room.  First there are two cartons per box, we needed just a few more sq ft and had to purchase two cartons. Second if you need one transition piece you have to purchase a $48 kit with several pieces in it. Both of these issues caused the price per square foot to increase considerably. The third issue is with the packaging. There is not enough protection on the ends of the cartons, and the most practical way for the delivery person to move them is on end with a dolly. We had several pieces that were damaged beyond use. We were properly compensated by Sam's for the damaged product but had the hassle of re-packaging and shipping it. The installation process went very well, and we are satisfied with the look of the new floor.

Some things to know before you order.

Great flooring! We used it to replace all of our flooring on both levels of our home. Installs easily and is a breeze to clean. We’ve used this previously at our daughters house. After a year and a half it still looks brand new. We are professional remodelers and have used lots of brands. This is at the top of our favorites. You absolutely can’t beat the price or the quality.
