I like not having to look for items in the store. Plus with all the flu's and colds going around I'd rather shop online

It works great as a humidifier, is elegantly simple in its design, and really does stay clean. We've used it at least 5 winter seasons now. Highly recommended!

I only use a humidifier during the dry winter months, so my beautiful-looking Stay Clean is still in its box, waiting to be in use about December. This survey required me to give stars; hard to do since I haven't yet used it, but I'll give it 5 on the expectation it will work perfectly.

Works better than expected and doesn't need filters!

Very quiet, virtually silent. I like the safety feature of self cleaning. Excellent simple design. But the lowest setting has a lot of mist. We wish there were lower settings. We will be getting a humidity gauge to determine how much humidity is in the air.

The reason for 3 stars is this humidifier is so bright my little one can't get to sleep and I think other mamas should just be aware if that's going to be a problem. There's no way to turn it down or off. (I get the point is it is supposed to be on 24/7 to disinfect but why does it have to have a gap around the base and show on the outside so much?) It's also a bright blue and actually reminds me of a black light—some of the white photos and things in his room actually had a slight glow to them. I LOVE the idea of not having to clean a humidifier and I'm sure I can find another place for it in our home but this is a big con. We will see how it goes for a few days and if he can get used to it.

It does a great job of humidifying my very dry apartment in winter. It's quiet and lasts a long time; a full tank of water will last a day even on high. But it does eventually start to grow mold. The LED light does not prevent mold growth. I did clean it every couple of days, from top to bottom, with bleach and tiny brushes to get in all the crevices. But it still quickly grew mold each time. I guess there really is no humidifier that truly stays clean.

The light on this doesn’t actually sanitize anything it’s just a night light. Upon the first cleaning this broke. It will not turn on again after cleaning.

After about 1-2 weeks of use, with a daily refill and constant use, it was full of a red/orange bacteria. I'm soaking it in vinegar, but is it in some areas that I can't get to and I doubt it will come fully clean. I also only seem to have full blast or off as flow options - turning the dial doesn't seem to do anything, so the surface it sits on is always damp. Also the light ring is too bright in a bedroom. It makes it hard to fall asleep. For the cost of this compared to others, this was a complete bust and I'm very unhappy with this purchase.
