Can someone explain why there is film inside water jug and tiny black area looks like mold?

Just found thick film in water jug!

Good fridge, functions well, looks nice. Biggest concern is the freezer drawer came off track and then bent the track within the first month of installation. In order to not scrape up our floors, we've had to pull the full fridge awkwardly out of it's normal location. Samsung is unwilling to assist despite their service department stating it was a faulty part on their end. Wouldn't purchase this again, that's for sure.

Great until it breaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung made a beautiful refrigerator and beautiful design fit very well in my home it actually does everything on the front screen tells you whatever you want all the settings are right there the freezer freezes everything I put in the efficiency for electricity is all right not too high customize your front screen whatever you like it has a very big deep freezer for captivity space so you'll be able to put whatever you like inside it gets very cold. The Dispensing runs smoothly
