[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer space is not as spacious as it seems; hard to fit frozen pizza in unless it is lying flat in upper section. Beverage center is nice. Ice compartment also works well; despite prior reviews indicating limit ice, we have had no issues. But this fridge gets a LOT of finger prints.

My family says the water dispensed from the door is the best tasting water they've ever had. I like that I can use the pitcher which automatically refills itself. The adjustable shelving allow for large items, so when I'm ready to brine my thanksgiving turkey, it'll fit comfortably no problem. It's a beautiful fridge and so easy to to wipe down. My kitchen is so much more beautiful now. Thanks Samsung

I've been calling to samsung so they can come and fix my refrigerator my eyes maker stop working making a lot of thick ice all over the Ice maker stopped working about having it.Six months i've been calling samsung about this issue.All they gotta say is take everything out.Reset the button.Don't open the bottom.Door for twenty four hours and it will make ice, will days pass nothing get so I called Samsung like 5 times so they can come and check the. Refrigerator before my warranty expires. But they said my warranty expired at the end of this month. I believe and then make an appointment, but I don't know how much it's gonna cost. So no I do not recommend this product. It's pretty in everything, but it's not worth it. And it cost a lot for some major issues to happen. When you purchase and have it for 6 months. I wish I could return it back but I can't.

This is the worse refrigerator I've ever owned. The alarm goes off too quickly, in my opinion, and cannot be deactivated. Yet, if a door or drawer is left slightly ajar, it does not alarm. (Led to overnight thawing of freezer products.) Levelers cannot be adjusted to the extent the doors will shut without effort after opening. The drawers cannot be extended far enough to easily reach items in back. The crisper has no adjustable ventilation for humidity; therefore it is just another small drawer. Small 3" door shelf can't be seen or accessed without bending over. The beverage center takes up space therefore limiting the shelf space and most tall items have to be on door unless small shelf over drawer is retracted, creating even less shelf space. One definitely cannot defrost a turkey in it. Like most "chest" freezers, one seldom knows what is on the bottom without removing items on top and this model could have benefited from compartments or more than one pull out drawer where the ice is. The glass doors are always covered with fingerprints (from having to push the door closed) though I could have lived with that if it was my only objection. The drawer grooves and indentations make cleaning difficult and the area to open the freezer catches crumbs & such and is very hard to clean due to its shape. I made a poor choice for a family of only two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this new fridge! It is the perfect size for us, has the right amount of compartments and we love, love, love the beverage center. We actually did not think we'd use the pitcher as much but we use it ALL THE TIME. Also, love the ice maker in the freezer - it makes TONS of ice and it not as inconvenient as we thought it would be. Love the design too - even though it is slightly larger than our last fridge, having no handles and a completely flat front makes it fit our space better and makes the kitchen seem slightly larger. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fridge it is big and allows me to store so many items that will be needed for the week and for our get togethers it makes it easier to plan ahead and get everything in the fridge the night before. Just absolutely love the water station concealed behind the door with access to shelves in the inner door without opening the whole door, love it. It makes ice quickly and there is so much room for the storage of the ice, and you get 2 types of shaped ice to choose from. The fact that we have the freezer on the bottom and the top has the French doors that open on one side or the other. I can easily store the large items on the shelves and can use the one that folds under for tall items. The front of the fridge stays fairly clean with the no fingerprint material and if it gets a bit smudged up it is easy to clean with a dry cloth. Really enjoy this fridge.

It is equipped with AI features and can be operated with the Smart App as well like temperature, ice mahjong etc. It does make beep sound if opens continue for few minutes. The compartments could have been little better with more spacious as some of them like in the door are not much useful due to its configuration. Overall great with enough capacity including freezer.

One area for improvement is the lower crisper drawers: to open these, both upper doors have to be opened. We love the pitcher in the door for filtered water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the largest refrigerator I've owned, and I love it. The length of the drawers has been particularly nice. The hidden beverage center also appeals to me because of how sleek and nice the exterior remains.
