I have used a great number of refrigerators, this fridge hits every one of my favorite aspects of each fridge that I liked. Each fridge had parts that I hated, and I wish was different. I love that the drink section is hidden, not on the outside of the door looking tacky. I love the two types of ice with a scooper. It is so easy to keep clean! The space in the fridge is amazing. I love how easy it is to keep organized. I love that the drawers all only need one door open to get to. I LOVE my new fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large capacity (30 cubic feet), quiet in operation, well organized interior. Only complaint is the ice maker, ice produced tends to stop it before tray is filled so you have to play with it, push ice from back to front of tray. But overall not a big deal. Water dispenser container is good capacity and you can also use the dispenser to fill your glass. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

The two different sizes of ice is a nice feature, but it doesn’t produce enough of either size ice to keep up with demand in a two adult household. I wish I would have bought a cheaper refrigerator since I still need to buy ice. Not sure what advantage the Wi-Fi connection is, the only thing you can really do, is turn the ice maker on and off. It doesn’t warn you if the internal temperature exceeds a certain setting, and it won’t even tell you the current temperature of the refrigerator or freezer

Love the multiple ice shapes and beverage center inside the door. Plenty of storage space in the fridge section. We utilize a standalone Samsung freezer to augment freezer space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of these Bespoke refrigerators, one for each of my homes. The space inside is spectacular. I am able to purchase a week's worth of groceries and have plenty of storage room. My vegetables last longer due to the cooling drawers. There is plenty of room for large drink containers. The shelves are adjustable to accommodate any size you want. I have connected Alexa, and get a warning when someone is standing with the door open to long, or worse forget to close it. The dual ice trays are magnificent during hot weather.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got it delivered and I love it! It has all the features I wanted including "internal " water an NO Ddeli drawer.... which was my biggest pet peeve on the old fridge. The bigger size and multiple ice options is just the icing on the cake! 😃

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how much room it has! We had the unit for a few months and the compressor had to be replaced. The only two issues that I wished were better was the beverage center door does not have an alarm if it gets left open (and it gets left open a LOT), and the middle section on the left hand door hardly ever catches to close and the center line is left open causing condensation inside the fridge. I also have not been able to level it to a point that both doors can stay open. I asked the technician when he was replacing the compressor and he said it's nearly impossible. Other than that, no real issues. It looks nice, it's nice inside and the beverage center is great!

We absolutely love all the features it has. The ice making is amazing and keeps up with our daily needs. The beverage center is easy to use, and we no longer have ice cubes dropping all over the floor. Can't wait to order our custom panels!

You can see inside all of the drawers and shelves, nothing is hidden (out of sight out of mind). The water / beverage center has been extremely convenient.
