[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few months ago and I'm very pleased with the amount of room it has and the beverage center. The one item I am not pleased with is the left-hand side door sealing piece that does not always fold into it's track to help seal the doors when it's closed.

We don't put things in the “infusion” basket but it's so convenient! The only annoying part is the drawers not being able to be opened without having both doors open on the bottom. Two days after installation. I like the modern design. Door handles on other refrigerators clash against the modern look of my kitchen cabinets. Despite the automatic ice maker and water dispensers, you still have to open the freezer or the front door-in-door to get to them, thus losing all that cold air. I wish that bottom freezer models would have an exapndable/retractible membrane to help keep the cold air inside the freezer. The freezer drawer is heavy to pull oopen compared to my LG. The upper doors do not close on their own. You have to make sure you push the doors closed. The shelving is not as customizable as other refrigerators. there are only two settings for the middle shelf. So the only way you can put tall items like a 2 liter coke bottle is to lay it on its side or slide the front part of the adjustable shelf back to give it room to stand. The door shelves are also not as customizable. However, I do like the fact that the door shelf allows for a gallon milk jug and still ample more room for other creamers, etc. I also love the water pitcher that is included. This is a fast way of getting cold water instead of standing there holding a glass to wait for the water to dispense. A tall person may find the hidden grips below the doors inconvenient. I stand 5' 6" and can reach under the door to pull them open. However, taller people will need to get used to bending a little to grab the handle. Fortunately, there are hidden grips at the top of the refrigerator too. I LOVE the two types of ice, regular size and tiny bits. The tiny bits is so much better than having the crushed ice that other refrigerators have. The freezer is able to hold much more ice than other ice makers, and you don't have to worry about ice getting stuck together. THIS IS A BONUS! However, the ice bin takes up 1/4 of the freezer space.

I am a huge fan of the two sizes of ice and the automatic water pitcher and water dispenser. I also like the connection to Samsung's smart things because it warns me when the door is left open. This came with the home we purchased along with the other major appliances. I may have opted for the exterior drawer model instead of this model because we have frequent little ones that visit which would be perfect for cold snacks. Eg yogurt, cuties, and other small fruit, string cheese.

May have to srape the ice from the back so it doesn't get stuck but still does it well. Freezer gives you enough room for those frozen items. Really good refrigerator.

Beautiful fridge, misleading measurements. With clean modern lines, we wanted to spend extra to get the counter depth refrigerator. When installed, we discovered that we could not push the fridge in to get the benefits of counter depth, but design required that we pull fridge 8-10” out from the wall to be able to open the doors. BUYER BEWARE ~ the doors require an additional 4” of width to allow the doors to open. Poor hinge design. Now I have a counter depth fridge, I paid a premium for, with less storage, sticking out as far as a standard depth fridge.

DO NOT BUY THIS! My fridge came with ALL THREE panels dented, damaged, and ill fitting. The install team told me they see this ALL THE TIME. When I informed Samsung the DAY of delivery they told me that I had to order AND PAY FOR new panels myself!!!! I "may" get a credit upon return of the panels. What? What kind of customer service is that? Must be nice to sell someone something defective then turn around and tell them to pay more to fix it. Truly insane. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!

The simplicity of the installation of the refrigerator and the functions that it allows you to do inside the door and also in the Samsung SmartThings app make it a very functional and easy refrigerator to get to know. The two different ice types are very convenient, being able to turn the icemaker off or turn off the auto-fill pitcher because we have the beverage center. This has been a game changer. Samsung definitely shows and pushes forward with their innovative ways to make your appliances smart. I am already looking at getting a Bespoke Oven and a dishwasher in the future. With the ability of it being white glass, you can write on the refrigerator with an expo marker. A dry erase marker
