[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the fridge for almost 1 month. I do love the glass panels to write notes on & I love the beverage center! You never know how much you are going to love something until you have it. With our old fridge, the icemaker did not work, so I had to fill a gallon jug each day for the countertop ice maker. Now when I have to use that or fill the dog bowl - it is just so easy to pour & the pitcher fills itself. I do wish this fridge could keep up with my ice use. It cannot keep up with me, I still have to use the countertop ice maker. Also, in my opinion the top shelf seems a little flimsy. I would not put heavy items up there. Also, I wish the freezer had a convenient pull out type drawer on the freezer door, like my old fridge had. I do love how you can control the fridge from the app.

DO NOT BUY THIS! My fridge came with ALL THREE panels dented, damaged, and ill fitting. The install team told me they see this ALL THE TIME. When I informed Samsung the DAY of delivery they told me that I had to order AND PAY FOR new panels myself!!!! I "may" get a credit upon return of the panels. What? What kind of customer service is that? Must be nice to sell someone something defective then turn around and tell them to pay more to fix it. Truly insane. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!

Two days after installation. I like the modern design. Door handles on other refrigerators clash against the modern look of my kitchen cabinets. Despite the automatic ice maker and water dispensers, you still have to open the freezer or the front door-in-door to get to them, thus losing all that cold air. I wish that bottom freezer models would have an exapndable/retractible membrane to help keep the cold air inside the freezer. The freezer drawer is heavy to pull oopen compared to my LG. The upper doors do not close on their own. You have to make sure you push the doors closed. The shelving is not as customizable as other refrigerators. there are only two settings for the middle shelf. So the only way you can put tall items like a 2 liter coke bottle is to lay it on its side or slide the front part of the adjustable shelf back to give it room to stand. The door shelves are also not as customizable. However, I do like the fact that the door shelf allows for a gallon milk jug and still ample more room for other creamers, etc. I also love the water pitcher that is included. This is a fast way of getting cold water instead of standing there holding a glass to wait for the water to dispense. A tall person may find the hidden grips below the doors inconvenient. I stand 5' 6" and can reach under the door to pull them open. However, taller people will need to get used to bending a little to grab the handle. Fortunately, there are hidden grips at the top of the refrigerator too. I LOVE the two types of ice, regular size and tiny bits. The tiny bits is so much better than having the crushed ice that other refrigerators have. The freezer is able to hold much more ice than other ice makers, and you don't have to worry about ice getting stuck together. THIS IS A BONUS! However, the ice bin takes up 1/4 of the freezer space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge! Got it about 3 weeks ago, it came in with faulty door hinges, Samsung came out to order new hinges and fix it. Tons of space, ONLY issue I have is the drawer on the ice tray cover does not close and open easily. Other than that we love it.

I like how everything is now eye level and conveniently spaced. Unlike the old side by side. Highly recommend this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very happy with this fridge. You quickly become accustomed to the door handle layout. Pros: Lots of space I use the beverage center way more than I thought I would, especially the pitcher to fill dog bowls and sports jugs and such. More convenient than I had anticipated. The ice bin is much bigger than it seems. Two sizes of ice and dedicated scoop storage huge plus. I thought it would be cumbersome to always put the scoop back, but it is very intuitive. Cons: There are quite a few, but most are minor and would not discourage me from repurchasing. The beverage center side door does not stay open and will drift shut. (Many have posted this also) The bottom crisper drawer cannot be opened without opening both doors. (The top one can so this is just odd to me). The space inside could have been laid out better. I do feel I am lacking some shelf space and occasionally it is a tight fit (especially on a day hello fresh is delivered).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned. Open a separate door for water. There is a dispenser and a pitcher with a filter filled with water. After filling glasses return pitcher and it automatically fills again. Open the freezer for two size ice cubes. No more mess on the front of appliance. Easy to clean. A dry cloth removes debris and finger marks. Plenty of fridge space. Freezer has small top area and large area below the ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the refrigerator for our new construction home. And received the extra panels in morning blue which we have install as the top doors. We like the easy access to water and 2 different size ice cubes. A lot of space with 4 drawers and large freezer. We love the beautiful clean look with no external handles on the doors and drawer but still easy to open.
