[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our new refrigerator. The feature I like the most is the automatic refillable pitcher and the water inside the door. Nice sleek front. I do have one improvement that Samsung could make that would make it even better. When you open the front of the left door to get to the pitcher or water feature, that small door ALWAYS tries to close on you. If there was a way to create a stop on the door that gives when you want to close it, this refrigerator would be perfect.

The only con I've found with it is the lower right drawer in the fridge section has to have both doors open in order to slide out. All other drawers only need one door open. I feel like some engineer somewhere took a nap at the wrong time.

the product is awesome! much different with no handles, but the overall sleek look is nice. the automatic water dispensing pitcher is a luxury you wouldnt think about initially but its very handy. the dual ice maker is great. i like the option. the ice bites are great if you like to eat ice. overall, very newt product. we are very satisfied.

We love the built in water jug that automatically fills after being used plus the option to separately fill glasses. The 2 different kids of ice is very nice and convenient also

This is the first Samsung home appliance that we've owned, and based on the first year of ownership, I will stay away in the future. The autofill pitcher in the beverage center started to fill only intermittently after about a year (hmmm, just out of warranty!), and now after 16 months of ownership, does not fill at all. Samsung troubleshooting is useless. This feature was one of the reasons that we purchased this model, and now the feature doesn't work at all and would require an out-of-warranty service repair.

The ice maker is in the freezer and makes tow size ice cubes. I now have plenty of ice all the time. The refrigerator is very roomy and the door that opens just for the water jug and water is perfect. I make lemon water infused love this feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't tell you how over the moon I am for this refrigerator!!! We bought the Bespoke counter depth. Not only is it functional, runs perfectly (except for a little issue with the pitcher not filling completely on occasion), it's beautiful!!! I'm having so much fun ordering different color panels. I ordered it in stainless, bough the blue panels which is current on there and just recently received the orange one!! They are so easy to change and store in their boxes nicely anywhere. So excited to be able to change it up. The two sizes of ice is tenuous and we were provided with a scooper!! I'm so glad I don't have water and ice on my door anymore. This us much more functional. The inside is plenty big enough fir a counter depth and you can actually see what's in it. I can't tell you how many items got buried at the back if my last full sized French door. I will always spout that this us the best fridge on the market today!!! Can't wait to order my new Samsung Cooktop freestanding range!!! Thank you Samsung for making this beautiful appliance!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for a few months now and have really enjoyed it. I haven’t experienced anything bad with this refrigerator. The beverage door takes a little getting use to and I wish they included a handle for the top of the door not just the bottom to open.

Pros: Nice looking. Spacious from inside. Water pitcher for cold water with auto fill function. Lots of Ice with 2 different size of cubes. Good for filling up water bottle with smaller opening. Glass panels, nice asthetics and convenient to leave a quick note or reminder. Cons: No Handle to open or close the fridge. This will lead to door slaming since there are no handle to control the door when closing. Especially kids. The water dispenser is inside. Hence when dispensing water the fridge is open and loosing cold air. Ice dispenser in the freezer. You need to use hands to get ice. Which can get messy if you have kids. To open the door to water dispenter has separate opening. The Fridge comes with 4 washers to help balance the doors. One of my door was not adjusted by the installer. Hence the tab between the doors was not shutting and sealing the fridge. Hence it was leaking cold air. We accidentally disposed the washers and later I had to fish them out of the trash. Summary: I will not recommend this fridge for practicle reasons. Lookwise its nice and ellegant.

Of course, I’ve only been using it for two weeks, so I’ll need more time to evaluate long-term reliability. But as of now, I’m thoroughly impressed and completely happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a refrigerator that combines style, functionality, and thoughtful design, I highly recommend the Bespoke 3-Door French Door model.
