We bought this refrigerator and fell in love with the features. We love the idea of changing colors. Glass is much easier to keep clean than stainless!! However one of my shelves the white decorative design is coming off. Well customer service just can’t figure out what shelf to send me… I’ve had 2 wrong ones sent after numerous phone calls. I’m at my wits end. Bottom line product is good but if you need to deal with customer DON’T!!! Deal with the problem or buy something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost a year ago and have had no issues with it. Plenty of room in freezer and fridge and the different ice is great. Especially with the tray in the freezer and having a separate water station within the door. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge about 3- weeks ago it is a really nice looking fridge little smaller than the Samsung we had before because this one is counter depth we was definitely not goin to get another Samsung fridge because the last one had so much issue with the ice maker very poor design the new fridge ice maker is a 100% better than the last ones definitely Samsung is a good looking fridge but if they kept the old ice maker system we would never bought a Samsung again

The pitcher is a game changer in a busy house full of teenagers and their friends. Whether athletes filling their sport thermoses, tabletop lunches or my never ending cool crisp lemon or cucumber water, the pitcher I thought would be a novelty quickly became a necessary fixture in our daily lives. It has changed the way we consume water from grabbing a plastic bottle to filling our glass or stainless water bottles. The fridge offers great organization throughout, shelves, door bins and freezer, all with easy access save one lower drawer which requires both fridge doors to be open while in use, the other three do not. The ice option was another feature I didn’t think much of until I had it bc ice is ice, until it’s not. You will be surprised. It is a quiet running fridge, including water and ice fill. And the glass panels are gorgeous and so easy to keep clean. This is a great appliance. Bonus was the ease of ordering, constant communication and the most professional delivery I have ever experienced. Top notch from Samsung. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have the counter depth fridge. The fridge itself has so much more storage than we really need. The beverage center is awesome for both people who love flavored drinks and water. The pitcher is fast and convenient, the beverage center allows for a quick access to a good selection of drinks. The only downside is that if you have taller cans or bottles, they only fit in the middle shelf. The ice maker is convenient. I like that you don't need a separate ice maker to have plenty of ice for guests. The downside with the counter depth is the amount of freezer space you get. The shelves are shallow so be careful about not getting anything caught on the seal of the freezer. Overall we love the fridge. there's just some minor things about the door that we'd like to change. The door swing requires a lot of room. The door depth being the primary issue causing the fridge to have to protrude out or the side requiring more than a 2inch gap. also the Stainless steel is not fingerprint resistant unlike our other appliances... it shows really easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very happy with this fridge. You quickly become accustomed to the door handle layout. Pros: Lots of space I use the beverage center way more than I thought I would, especially the pitcher to fill dog bowls and sports jugs and such. More convenient than I had anticipated. The ice bin is much bigger than it seems. Two sizes of ice and dedicated scoop storage huge plus. I thought it would be cumbersome to always put the scoop back, but it is very intuitive. Cons: There are quite a few, but most are minor and would not discourage me from repurchasing. The beverage center side door does not stay open and will drift shut. (Many have posted this also) The bottom crisper drawer cannot be opened without opening both doors. (The top one can so this is just odd to me). The space inside could have been laid out better. I do feel I am lacking some shelf space and occasionally it is a tight fit (especially on a day hello fresh is delivered).
