We loved the product design and features. However, after 3 years and 3 months, the refrigerator stopped working on New Year's Eve at 6pm. Amazingly, Samsung Care was still answering the phone...they connected via SmartThings and saw the issue. Evaporator assembly. When service showed up, did they bring the part, of course not. When the tech arrived, he ran diagnostics and was gone in 10 minutes. He said he wasn't sure why they didn't send the part out on the truck with him. Today the part get's installed (1/7/26) and the refrigerator works for 45 minutes and then stops cooling. Now we'll wait another 2 days for the technician to come and run diagnostics again, wait on a part and keep going and going and going. What a way to run a business. Conveniently, I'm out of warranty. So much for Bespoke Reliability. Put the colors on, but have no reliability! Emailed top dog...minion called and didn't care...weasel warranty. Shameful! We really wanted to be customers for life....not any more.

I wish I had looked at the drawer arrangement before I purchased this fridge. You have to open both doors to access any drawers which is a huge pain. I would return this if I could to buy the model with the extra drawer.

However I feel the area in freezer portion should reconsider it's configuration. One 1/4 is taken up with 2 different size ice cubes. I love the small size cubes. I also use that area to store small flat items. The water pitcher is a great feature

I didn't think the drawer type freezer would be easy to use but to the contrary it stores a lot and is easy access. The crisper drawer ans ample shelving with easy to clean shelving is a huge plus!

This thing just swallows everything we throw at it lol. Great Capacity in the fridge side, though could have used another cubic foot in the freezer section. Too bad you can't turn off one of the ice makers but we learned to get used to it. Was originally unconvinced about the beverage center but I have grown to really like it. Great product as usual from Samsung

Plenty of space, but be aware that is deeper than the usual refrigerator and will stick out an extra 6 inches or so. Temperature regulation seems to be accurate. Icemaker kicks in after 24 hours and fills the very large tray in short order. Two sizes of ice. My family loves that.

We bought this model for the second time when we moved into our current home. We bought it for the same reason we had bought it for our last home which was due to the great beverage center feature. We also really love the fact that the temperature is so consistent throughout. We have owned our current fridge for about 8 months and have owned this model for about 4 years. We have only good things to say so far.

I had all new Samsung appliances at our old home & wanted them in our new home as well. The beverage center is so convenient & it's great not having the mess of the water & ice on the outside of the door. Thought we might miss the crushed ice but the ice bites are great. We just replaced the top door panels with the black glass & it looks really sleek. Also fun to be able to decorate the glass with clings for the different holidays.
