We bought this refrigerator and fell in love with the features. We love the idea of changing colors. Glass is much easier to keep clean than stainless!! However one of my shelves the white decorative design is coming off. Well customer service just can’t figure out what shelf to send me… I’ve had 2 wrong ones sent after numerous phone calls. I’m at my wits end. Bottom line product is good but if you need to deal with customer DON’T!!! Deal with the problem or buy something else.

We love the clean modern look of the fridge. Very spacious and modern. We especially love the beverage center area. Just getting used to the no handlebars on the fridge but it just getting used to from our previous fridge. Could not be more happier with the fridge!

The dual ice maker in the freezer is a huge improvement from my first Samsung refrigerator which had the ice in the door. I also love that I can switch out the front panels if I choose to change the look in my kitchen.

And I can have regular water also from the stream. I love that it is so big and everything fits perfectly. It has 4 bins enough door space also. I love the 2 types of ice that I get. The freezer is big for all meat to freeze. I love it and very happy with my fridge. I also love the panels they make it look very fancy.

i bought this refrigerator 6 months ago. i have loved it all this time. it is great! easy to clean. easy to organize the contents. looks great. the only issue i have had with it---today--- is that i cannot get the replacement water filter to go back into the refrigerator. it was tough to get out. but now the replacement will not go back in. it is super frustrating and i have been trying to make it happen for 3 hours now. i am concerned that it will leak all over the place before morning. lastly, the access door is poorly designed. it lifts up but does not stay up on its own. so, to get out the filter you need to hold the door up with one hand and use the other to rotate and remove the filter.

great fridge, has enough room for 2 primary cooks in the home to house all their ingredients. the beverage center is amazing to hide it from external bacteria and still make it look sleek. the ice makers are amazing due to the 2 different types of ice and the room the freezer holds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice refrigerator with beverage center. Ice maker doesn’t produce much ice, but we make it work. The service for Samsung is still not great, I’m still waiting for them to come out and fix the left door since May.
