I didn't want to rush and did my research to find the one that fits my situation. I'm a single guy who needs a decent size refrigerator with a reasonable price. My work offers a discount program and utilizing my first responder discount even get me a very compeieitive price on this item and really liked it overall, especiialy the Beverage Center that provide a built-in pitcher. 2 size Ice making is also very useful and sizable.

But this new bespoke model absolutely blows the previous model out of the water. The beverage center is very useful especially for my kids. It also results in a sleek and modern design that compliments my kitchen very nicely. The fridge is very spacious and fits everything I need for my family of four. The freezer is adequate as well but space can be a bit tight due to the ice drawer. Overall I am very happy and definitely would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge! Got it about 3 weeks ago, it came in with faulty door hinges, Samsung came out to order new hinges and fix it. Tons of space, ONLY issue I have is the drawer on the ice tray cover does not close and open easily. Other than that we love it.

The spacious refrigerator is wonderful, and the freezer is beautifully designed. The freezer can hold a whole lot of stuff. And importantly, it's easy to find what I need. This refrigerator exceeds the expecations I had.

The freezer compartment is spacious and allows for great organization and separation. The ice bin offers two different types of ice. I love that the door can be opened partially to quickly grab condiments or a cup of water from the water dispenser or the super convenient water pitcher. It's really cool that you can change out the glass panels on the front so you can change up your look.

The two different sizes of ice is a nice feature, but it doesn’t produce enough of either size ice to keep up with demand in a two adult household. I wish I would have bought a cheaper refrigerator since I still need to buy ice. Not sure what advantage the Wi-Fi connection is, the only thing you can really do, is turn the ice maker on and off. It doesn’t warn you if the internal temperature exceeds a certain setting, and it won’t even tell you the current temperature of the refrigerator or freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator delivered on July 1, 2024, so I haven't had it for very long. However, I love its huge capacity and stylishly sleek looks. Everyone who has seen this refrigerator has fallen in love with its door-in-a-door beverage center, including me. It also runs very quietly. The only noise I ever hear is the occasional muffled discharge of newly made ice cubes being directed into the ice bins. Speaking of the ice maker, I also love having the continuous selection of two sizes of cubes, one a more "standard" size and one a smaller "bullet" cube. These are discharged into side-by-side bins which are fitted with an automatic closing protective cover. Plus, there is a plastic ice scooper with a built-in storage slot or indentation in the ice bin cover, another nice feature. My only disappointment is that the lower right-side crisper bin is wide enough that both refrigerator doors must be open in order to pull out the bin's drawer. The other three bins (total of two on each side) only require one refrigerator door be open to access the bin's contents. Not a deal breaker for me. Part of the stylish look comes from the lack of door and drawer handles. At first, I thought that this might make for lots of hand or fingerprints and smudges on the doors. However, I quickly learned to use the hidden hand pulls which minimizes contact with the glass finish door and drawer panels (white in my current case). Plus, I find that a moist paper towel or soft dishtowel quickly removes the occasional smudge.

At first there was all this negative sentiment about Samsung Refrigerators so I was hesitant but the features were just so enticing and modern, it was just hard to believe it wasn't high quality. The more research I did the more I learned about how Samsung has done tremendous work to reengineer their appliances to overcome their stigma, if you look up detailed youtube reviews you'll see more detailed explanations of these changes and advancements and they also confirm that the stigma they had is a thing of the past. I've had this fridge now for half a year and I have to say it's pretty amazing. The design is just great, layout is great, it's probably the best looking fridge out there. Don't listen to the haters and do your own research but in my opinion, its a great product and I hope it lasts for years.
