Not as good as the older version. Thinner. Also the teeth on the ripper aren't all the way to end of box so it doesn't tear well. Haven't decided if I am going to take them back

It's unleashed parchment paper. Exactly as I expected. Thick, oven friendly. So far I used it for my meal prep. One sheet got me through toasting 18 English muffins, 36 pieces of Canadian baco, then finally lightly toasting all 18 assembled sandwiches (in batches) with cheese.

Thus is great parchment paper. The only thing I don't like is that they switched from a metal cutting strip to a plastic one. The plastic one is terrible I tears up a lot of paper. I found I have to use a letter opener to cut it. Please go back to a metal cutting strip!

Great price, I line everything I cook in the oven with this paper to save time on washing dishes!

As far as I know I love this. Im not 100% sure that its not coated with something but its my perferred choice as of now and i use it daily.

Always used the Member's Mark Parchment Paper. Now, it's unbleached. Love it! Works well for baking.
