You can tell I've been drinking coffee alongside Mrs. Olson and her and Folgers jingle. Folgers Columbian became my favorite when it first came out and has continued to be my favorite even with all the coffee choices out there these days. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit I'm a little bit of a coffee snob who usually invests in freshly ground coffee from a local roaster. So I was very curious about Folgers Colombian Coffee. Could it be as rich and tasty as my local blend? Actually, it's pretty darn close! The medium roast Colombian coffee smells so enticing as it brews, and the taste is rich and smooth. I now understand why Folgers is a household staple for coffee lovers everywhere.

So Far, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, I have not tasted any changes in the Folgers Columbian coffee. This is the only coffee we drink in our house and the taste has not changed, its the best brew and bold and strong! As always, we love it... I have been reading reviews from other states, and i don't know of a change in the coffee taste like they do.. The only problem here in Ct, that i see so far, is the canisters are smaller and the price is more, as most everything is it seems.... And we still don't see those 40 oz cans like other states do in the Columbian brew.... LOVE YOU FOLGERS!!! Keep' em coming,..

My family has been drinking Folgers for 3 generations (that I’m aware of) and it is a trusted brand in my family. Because I knew I was adding a good amount of milk, I chose the medium roast of Colombian so that it would still have a rich flavor.

From the first sip, it’s smooth, bold, and just the right amount of pick-me-up to help me keep up with kids, work, and the endless to-do list! I love that it’s not bitter…just rich and flavorful, exactly what I need when I don’t have time for anything fancy! Honestly, I don’t know how I’d get through the day without it! Love it!!!

What ever the Folgers reason for discontinuing the Medium-Dark roast 100% Colombian coffee in commerce the only thing that counts is the bottom monetary line!!! Simple as it is the medium just tastes different and as such I will simply stop my 40+ year support of Folgers products. If enough people switch to their competitor they will listen. Everything else is lip service.

We have LOVED your Colombian coffee for YEARS. It was almost addictive. You're trying to convince your consumers that you haven't changed a thing, but loads of loyal consumers are telling you that we have been consuming this product for so long, that we know that is not the case. Even the mouth-feel of this coffee is different. It was a rich and well-bodied coffee. Please listen to your loyal customers and bring back the former formula.

Not sure what changes were made to the French Roast coffee over the time that it was so hard to find at any of the stores, but now that it’s back, the new French roast has no flavor. Not sure why you had to change something that was so good. French Roast was the only coffee our family used for years but we will need to find something new. This now has no flavor. Please bring the old French Roast back.

I went to the store to purchase my favorite coffee and imagine my surprise/disgust when I discovered it was no longer made!!! Why the switch from 100% Colombian medium dark roast to medium roast??? It's NOT the same coffee. Now it tastes like all the low quality tasting coffee I stopped buying once I discovered it! No more Folgers for me until you bring it back!! Now I'm back to looking for another brand of coffee that actually tastes as good as it smells! And so are all my friends and family that I had "converted" to Folgers 100% Colombian medium dark roast!
