My latest pot of your Colombian coffee was rather underwhelming. Mediocre, even. I've purchased this canister for four years and have always admired the taste of each cup I've poured. Now it has this new facade but also a new color? A new smell, even? You can't honestly tell me that this is the same coffee I've bought all this time, and I know pretty well that my own sense of taste hasn't changed. One thing I've noticed in responses is that "medium" supposedly is a more accurate classification for these grounds than "medium-dark", but that's kind of saying that the coffee we loved and were so familiar with was, from a corporate standpoint, not what you had actually intended to market out to us. Very disappointed.

I thought my Daddy had changed his recipe for making the perfect pot of coffee, however after multiple modifications and several canisters, I now realize it is the change in the actual Folgers Formula/roast. We will consider trying to find a replacement in another brand.

So let down by our coffee supplier . Folgers has been a big part of our 51 year marriage. 5 8cup pots a day. We are insulted that your company tells us that our Colombian med/dark hasn't been changed . What were you thinking. We are coffee shopping elsewhere. You took away one of our great Joy's in life.

I am giving this 5 stars because it WAS awesome.Columbian Medium Dark Roast. Why did you take that away???? I have tried your other dark roast and I don't like them. Apparently I am not the only one that doesn't like this change. You don't mess with a persons coffee. Please remove another slow seller and bring this back. PLEASE!

We have been drinking Folgers for more than 20 years. Recently, the taste and smell have changed and not for the better. Instead of getting a distinct coffee smell when opening the container, it has an off, chemical smell that burns the nostrils. The taste is much weaker than normal. It really barely tastes like coffee at all. Not sure what has changed but it isn't for the better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The aroma of this coffee in the morning was breath taking. The flavor was rich and perfectly roasted. I think for the price you get a lot of coffee. Depending on how much you drink this container could last a month.

I am almost 40 and I just turned into a coffee fan in the past few years. So far I really like Colombian coffee and for some reason Folgers always seems to hit the spot on the coffee. I love the aroma in the aroma sealed containers for the Colombian coffee but I would give it a five star rating if they did serve it in a medium dark roast. I wish Folgers would send me a container of gourmet supreme so I can try it out

I like this coffie the best also because when you taste it it is super strong and when you buy it you can drink it and I like to get the folders cups for my kurig also it kind of taste a little like caramel but most would say no because they think it is not caramel and I sometimes think that only if I drink a lot there is caramel to it also if you want the richest coffie folders get this one I personally yhink gourmet supreme is a little better but this one is awesome aldo

However, it doesn't really seem strong enough.There are just some days where you need to pick me up but it is versatile and I can add a lot of things into it.I've even made an alcoholic drink from it.So that is pretty good

I loved this coffee. It had a wonderfully, rounded flavor and had a nice little zest! Now, the spark has faded. The coffee tastes a bit flat, maybe even stale. There isn't the typical boldness of the coffee. I was hoping it was just a bad batch, but the new container I purchased isn't better. I'm considering a different coffee brand, which is so sad after all of these years.
