Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that your Barnwood SpillDefense laminate has not performed as expected. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it is to experience scratching, buckling, warping, and chipping after only a few years—especially when you were hoping for a long-lasting flooring solution. What you've described is not typical of our flooring, and we would appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns in more detail. Please reach out to our technical support team at techsupport@selectsurfaces.ca or 1-855-250-8167. We'd be glad to discuss your experience and help determine a solution for these issues.
