Bought snack containers and stainless steel lunchboxes several months ago. The seal keeps everything in its place. It’s easy for my 7 year old to open/close independently. We had a quality concern with the stainless steel lunch box, but customer service was top notch.

I bought this four months ago, have been cleaning per instructions. Product warped and won’t close now, though I am told I am getting a replacement. Also, the two large bento boxes in the lunchbox are a tad small, can be a tight squeeze to get half a sandwich or an applesauce/yogurt pouch to fit.

My 4.5 year old has had these for I think almost two years now and we love them. They are exactly perfect for what we need. They keep cold without an ice pack; I just stick it in his regular backpack and when he gets to school it doesn’t need to take up their limited fridge space! We use the big compartment for the main meal, the medium one for a side, and the small ones for a second side and a treat. I regularly send him to school with yogurt in the big section and I’ve never had a problem with leaks (as long as he closes it properly, which he hasn’t had trouble with for the past year). We have three so we don’t need to wash them every day, but they do go in the dishwasher easily and they’re also super easy to clean by hand! We’ve had these same ones for the whole two years and they’re amazing. He’s getting hungrier so I just bought these coordinating snack boxes as well. Really good product!

I recently purchased a two pack of the green/navy ice pack kid boxes. Although the ice pack is an amazing idea, I feel that there is a major design flaw. With both of my boxes the inner compartment (Ice pack and lunch tray) do not clip securely into the outer box. We have a few bentgo boxes without ice packs and these always click in and never move around. I feel that this is because the lunch tray in the ice pack model is much thinner than in the original bentgo boxes and can bend and therefore pop out easily. The fact that things do not stay clicked in also makes securing the lunch box closed challenging. The latch also pops open super easily. On a few occasions my daughter’s lunch has ended up all over her back pack which as you can imagine is very stressful for a kindergartener. We have never had these concerns with our other bentgo boxes. Maybe with older kids these concerns would not be a problem. But for a 3 and 5 year old these concerns are difficult to overcome. I really wanted to love the ice pack boxes but given my many concerns the convenience is just not worth it. The orginal Bentgo lunch box is far better quality in my opinion. Customer service was great! They understood my concerns and rectified the situation quickly.

Bentgo sticks to their warranty policy. My clasp on my bentgo box popped off. I reached out and in less than 24 hours they responded with information about my replacement. The customer service was great! Michael helped me with everything. Thanks bentgo ❤️

We have used this bentgo chill lunch box off and on for my daughter’s school lunches, but noticed that recently the hinges on the lunch box had broken. Sadly, we weren’t able to use it anymore. Hoping to be able to replace with the warranty offered from bentgo.

The product is good for elementary school (age 5-8). It would be a bit small for older children. The ice pack stays cold enough for school and is a nice alternative than a separate ice back. We had an issue with the clasp popping open so we would use a rubber band when we sent the lunchbox to school. However, customer service is excellent (5 stars for customer service).

This is a very practical way of packing lunch everyday. Also because of the ice pack there is no need to fit in the lunch box any other ice packs with different shapes that do not fit and make this task a daily puzzle. The compartments help me to increase variety and limit size of each food.

We have been using this box for a year and it fits all my 4 yr old's lunch. The compartments keep each quadrant cordoned off throughout travel, the ice pack keeps everything cooled off in the Texas heat. We manage fitting in a sandwich by cutting in half and using the two largest compartments. All around a great box. Customer service has been speedy too. Loving the 2 yr warranty.

I have 2 little ones in school and the Bentgo boxes were a must! After seeing that there was a snack option we HAD to order one well actually 2. We have the snack container and was accidentally broke by my husband and I contacted the support team at Bentgo and within 1 day they had contacted me through email and were already sending me a replacement after the replacement steps were followed.
